Volali jsme kolem půl 8 ráno, už v půl 10 dorazil technik a za chvilku byl kotel opraven. Byli jsme spokojeni, příště se na tuto firmu obrátíme zase. Oprava nezajištěna, byl k nám poslán nesprávný technik, který byl navíc velmi neochotný a neslušný, a za nevykonanou službu si naúčtoval 1300 Kč. Už nikdy více! :-( Very bad experience! Repair not provided, an incorrect technician was sent to us, who was also very reluctant and rude, and charged CZK 1,300 for the non-performed service. Nevermore! :-(

Kdyz jsme objednali jinou firmu, tak zjistili dve zasadni vady na kotli (zaneseny vymenik a vadna ridici jednotka). Ted resim reklamaci. Very bad experience, the technician came and said that the boiler was fine and that the problem was elsewhere. In addition, he was incredibly rude and unruly. When we ordered another company, they found two major defects on the boiler (clogged heat exchanger and defective control unit). I now file a complaint.
