Na rozdíl od ostatních studií přemýšleli i nad detaily, které mají ve výsledku velký vliv (třeba i na možnost kuchyň používat). S kuchyní jsme moc spokojení. Excellent approach to the customer, reasonable prices and quality work. Unlike the other studios, they also thought about the details that have a big impact on the result (even the possibility of using the kitchen). We are very satisfied with the kitchen.
E	Evelína Petrů on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ze všech ostatních kuchyňských studií (Ikea, Oresi, Sýkora...ty drahé, kde se platí za značku jsme úplně vynechali) naprosto nejprofesionálnější přístup (konkrétně p. Zapadlíková) z hlediska řešení dispozice kuchyně, detailů, ukázky dekorů a ukázky všech druhů skříněk. Vše na místě vysvětlí, ukážou a předvedou (např. u oresi mi ani nebyli schopni sehnat reálnou fotografii barvy dvířek, kterou mi víceméně nutili). V porovnání s ostatními cenově přijatelné (cca 6 m kuchyně, 2x vysoká skřín cca 140k) a kvalita zde odpovídá ceně, některé skřínky upravené na míru bez přehnaných příplatků, použití obkladových desek u vysokých skříní a za digestoř (jinde to ani nenabídnou). Nakonec jsem zvolili truhláře, ale pokud bychom vybírali z kuch. studií tak JEDNOZNAČNĚ KATALPA. Velký výběr, důraz na kvalitu, krásný design. Úžasné nápady, umění vcítit se do potřeb zákazníka, vysoká profesionalita, lidský přístup pí Zapadlíkové je na 10 hvězdiček. Ve studiu si zákazník proces opravdu užívá a cítí se tam jako doma. Mohu jen doporučit! I already have a kitchen from Katalpa and its quality and timeless design even after 12 years was the reason why I directly chose this company. Large selection, emphasis on quality, beautiful design. Amazing ideas, the art of empathizing with the customer's needs, high professionalism, the human approach of Ms. Zapadlíková is 10 stars. P	Parker Wood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Včera chvilku po 16h jsem vesla do obchodu. Seděli tam jeden pan a jedna paní. Paní za mnou přišla a zeptala se, co potřebuji. Odpověděla jsem, že bych si potřebovala zařídit kuchyň. Paní mě řekla, že mi není rozumět. Opakovala jsem. Zase mi řekla, že mi není rozumět, ať si sundám roušku – ona sama roušku nenosila. Opakovala jsem vše, bez roušky. Žádná odpověď. Dodala jsem, že bydlím, o jednu ulici dál, a kuchyň bych chtěla 2.40m s troubou, lednici, a indukčním vařičem. Na to mě paní odpověděla, že to není možné. Pak dodala, že cela Evropa nejede na prázdniny a zařizuje si domácnost, a že kuchyň by byla nejdřív v listopadu. Odpověděla jsem, že to nevadí, a zeptala se, jestli se na to můžeme tedy podívat. Na to mě paní odpověděla, že to taky není možné. Pak dodala, že dovolena v kanceláři už je organizována, kolega nemá čas a ona konci teď večer a jede na dovolenou. Ptala jsem se, jestli je možné se objednat. Na to mě paní odpověděla, že to taky není možné. Na konec mě dala vizitku její kolegyně, která se vrátí v pondělí, ať ji zavolám. Takže jsem se nedozvěděla nic o kuchyních, jenom jsem se dozvěděla vše, co není možné. Ani mě neřekla, jestli mají Internetovou stránku na, kterou se podívat. Vzhledem k naším předchozím zkušenostem s jinými kuchyňskými studiemi (Gorenje, Indeco) nás práce a přístup p.Brože skutečne pozitivně překvapil, stejně tak jako finální výsledek realizované zakázky. Pan Brož vyšel vstříc naším požadavkům, byl ochoten několikrát přepracovat návrh k naší maximální spokojenosti. Termín montáže byl dodržen úplně přesně. Skutečně jsme rádi za komplexní služby nejenom pečlivý návrh kuchyňské linky, ale i návrh rozvodů, pomoc s výběrem elektrospotřebičů, dořešení dizajnu okolí ... Due to our previous experience with other kitchen studios (Gorenje, Indeco), Mr. Brože's work and approach really surprised us positively, as did the final result of the completed order. Mr. Brož met our requirements, he was willing to rework the proposal several times to our maximum satisfaction. The assembly date was met exactly.
