★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Z mého pohledu ne zrovna férové jednání této realitní kanceláře. Po sjednání kupní ceny, dohody mezi kupujícím, prodávajícím a zmíněnou realitní kancaří došlo nečekaně (realitní makléř pan Miloš Snak chtěl zřejmě větší provizi) 3 hodiny před podpisem rezervační smlouvy ke zrušení schůzky s 1 milionem výmluv :-( Nerespektují pravidla ani slušně chování.
From my point of view, not exactly fair dealing of this real estate agency. After negotiating the purchase price, the agreement between the buyer, seller and the mentioned real estate agency, it happened unexpectedly (real estate agent Mr. Miloš Snak probably wanted a larger commission) 3 hours before signing the reservation contract to cancel the meeting with 1 million excuses :-( They do not respect the rules or decency.
