★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po 2 letech přestávají fungovat veškeré spotřebiče značky Gorenje, v záruční době, když jsem reklamovala myčku, která špatně fungovala od samého začátku, už ke konci záruční doby ani nereagovali na tel. a maily...
Rozhodně tuto značku a toto studio nedoporučuji!
Kuchyně si nechat navrhnout a zhotovit ještě snad ano, ale v žádném případě si ji nenechte namontovat, za montáž si vezmou 30 tisíc ( máte v tom sice ještě 2x seřízení skříněk zdarma,ale domluvit se jenom na dodělání spodní lišty trvalo snad 3 měsíce, protože firma Gorenje má tady jednoho montéra, který poněkud nestíhá .. lišta namontována, sláva !! Ale bohužel ve své původní poloze zůstala cca 14 dnů, vůbec nedrží ... u kuchyně , která Vás vyjde něco přes 200 000 t , tak co bysme asi chtěli ...

I definitely do not recommend this brand and this studio!
Let the kitchen be designed and made, perhaps yes, but in any case do not have it installed, they will take 30 thousand for the installation (you still have 2x free adjustment of the cabinets, but it only took about 3 months to agree on finishing the bottom bar, because Gorenje company has one fitter here, who can't catch up a bit .. the bar is mounted, glory !! they wanted ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfektní přístup (žádný spěch a žádné reklamní kecy), perfektní použité materiály, bezproblémová domluva, vše na čem jsme se dohodli platilo a kuchyň vypadá fantasticky (a funguje stejně tak).
Perfect approach (no hurry and no advertising crap), perfect materials used, hassle-free arrangement, everything we agreed on and the kitchen looks fantastic (and works the same way).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reklamaci kuchyně, kdy dodali chybné díly, desku bez hrany, odlišné odstíny, atp. řešíme již na poněkolikáté a téměř rok. Komunikace je otřesná, absolutně neberou telefony a pokud již telefon zvednou a slíbí termín, tak termín nakonec neplatí, což ani nesdělí a pro jistotu opět nekomunikují. Kuchyň jsme si zde nechali zhotovit na základě kladných recenzí a nyní toho velmi litujeme, a to se rozhodně nejedná o levnou kuchyň. Doporučuji se tomuto studiu velkým obloukem vyhnout, ceny mají prémiové a služby otřesné.

The communication is horrible, they absolutely do not pick up the phones and if they pick up the phone and promise an appointment, then the appointment does not apply, which they do not even communicate and do not communicate again for sure. We had the kitchen made here on the basis of positive reviews, and now we are very sorry about that, and it is definitely not a cheap kitchen. I recommend avoiding this studio with a big bend, the prices are premium and the services are appalling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsme se pokusili v tomto "studiu" získat informace ohledně spotřebičů, bylo po 17.00, obchod prázdný, paní ani nevstala ze židle, jen mávala rukou k jednotlivým sestavám. Na konkrétní dotaz uvedla, že všechno máme na internetu.
Shrnuto: katastrofální přístup, nikdy více.

Summary: Disastrous approach, never more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otřesný přístup personálu, reklamaci spotřebičů řešíme téměř rok, tel. nám už raději ani nebereou a na maily nikdo nereaguje, nekvalitní spotřebiče, odfláknutá montáž kuchyně, rozhodně nedoporučuji.
Appalling attitude of the staff, we are dealing with a complaint appliances for nearly a year, tel. I'd rather not nebereou mails and nobody reacts, poor consumers, shoddy assembly kitchen, definitely recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Návštěva, která mi zkazila náladu. Velmi znuděná paní prodavačka, která neměla naprostou představu o zboží, které prodává. Dotaz na orientační cenu kuchyně byl zodpovězen stylem "určitě nad sto tisíc vždycky". Připadalo mi, že vlastně nemá motivacii věnovat se klientům. Byl jsem zde poprvé a naposled, zažil jsem leccos, ale zde moje peníze nenechám.
A visit that ruined my mood. A very bored lady saleswoman who had no idea about the goods she sells. The question about the price of the kitchen was answered "definitely over a hundred thousand always". In fact, it seemed to me that she did not have the motivation to pursue clients. I was here for the first time and last time, I experienced a lot, but here I will not leave my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji. Kuchyň samotná je ok, i když příšerně drahá. Pro návrhářku je vše "jasně" a "v pohodě", ale pak některé věci do návrhu nedodá. Polovina vybraných spotřebičů nebyla k dispozici, museli jsme vybírat znovu. Vyměřovací práce po termínu domluveném ve smlouvě. Nedodali správné díly (dvakrát!) reklamace se stále řeší - téměř půl roku od realizace není vše hotovo.
I do not recommend. The kitchen itself is ok, although terribly expensive. For the designer, everything is "clear" and "cool", but then she doesn't add some things to the design. Half of the selected appliances were not available, we had to choose again. Assessment work after the deadline agreed in the contract. They did not deliver the right parts (twice!) Complaints are still being resolved - almost half a year after implementation, not everything is done.
