★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 일방적으로 트레이닝 당하는 게 아니라 선생님과 같이 하고 있다는 느낌이 드는 멋진 요가원.. 쿤달리니 요가라는 건 처음 접해봤는데 움직임이 크진 않지만 섬세하고 호흡에 중점을 두는듯함. Hynek Jai Sangat 선생님 수업을 매우 추천합니다. 수업 도중 틀어주시는 음악도 완벽하고.. 가이드할 때의 목소리나 어조가 무의식에 스며들어오는 듯이 들려서 정말 경지에 가셨구만 이라는 생각을 했다. 영어로도 해주시니... 프라하에 또 온다면 꼭 재방문을 하고 싶은 곳.
It's not a one-sided training but a wonderful yoga school that makes me feel like I'm working with my teacher. Hynek Jai Sangat's teacher is highly recommended. The music played during the class is perfect, and the voice and tone of the guide seemed to bleed into the unconscious, so I thought it was very hard. If you come to Prague again, I would definitely like to visit again.
