Nedobrá kuchyně, při stížnosti neprostřena snídaně. Arogantní jednaní vedoucí. Jediné plus masáže. Hotel neodpovídá 4 hvězdám. Nedoporučujeme !!!Velké zklamání.
Bad cuisine, breakfast not covered in case of complaint. Arrogant acting leader. The only plus massage. The hotel does not correspond to 4 stars. We do not recommend !!! Great disappointment.

Kurhotel Brussel mit freundlichem Personal. Die Zimmer sind gut geschnitten u. relativ groß. Der Zimmerservice war aufmerksam es wurde täglich durchgeführt, die Betten waren weich. Nicht gefallen u.auch für 4* nicht ausreichend waren, Frühstückszeiten von 7-9 Uhr auch am Sonntag. Die Wellness Zeiten täglich nur von 17-18 nur Frauen, 18-21 gemischt am Sonntag geschlossen
Kurhotel Brussel with friendly staff. The rooms are well laid out and relatively large. The room service was attentive it was carried out daily, the beds were soft. Not liked and also for 4 * were not sufficient, breakfast times from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. also on Sunday. The wellness times daily only from 17-18 only women, 18-21 mixed closed on Sundays

Ubytování v tomto hotelu už nikdy více. Pokud nejste z Německa a nejste tam alespoň na týden, chování k Vám bude na bodu mrazu. Jak na recepci, tak v restauraci. Všechno byl problém. Začalo to parkováním, který si musíte zařídit předem, ale nikde se to nedočtete. (A pak vám ani neporadí, kam máte auto dát).Na recepci paní neochotná, jak když se zacvičuje, ale všechno problém... a v restauraci nás usadili ke stolům vedle sebe (kde nebyl rozestup 2 m) se slovy, že by nestihla připravit na oběd-snídaně jsou pouze do 9 hod. A zbytek měli nechaný pro Němce. Nikdy ta restaurace nebyla plná. A na pokoji občas nějaká havěť. Postele měkké. A navíc jsem chytla nějakou alergickou reakci.

Služby na recepci šílené, paní na mne působila, jako že se s programem teprve učí, stejně tak i s obsluhou tiskárny. Parkování mi sice dali, ale poté nás večer žádali o přeparkování na jiné místo. Zaparkoval jsem raději úplně mimo jejich "mini" parkoviště, navzdory tomu, nám recepční chtěla účtovat plný parking. Při platbě kartou za parkování, na terminálu vyskočila hláška o zadání spropitného, což byl pro ni docela problém zrušit Absolutně nechápu, proč bych za parkování měl zadávat spropitné. Na pokoji je rychlovarná konvice jen u pokojů s balkonem. Přijde-li člověk z venku promoklý, není možnost si ohrát čaj, ani přitopit si v koupelně na osušení věcí. Opominu pavouka který si hověl ve své síti 7 cm nad zemí pod umyvadlem, a to jen proto, že to byl asi jediný trvalý obyvatel hotelu , který se na mne tvářil aspoň ne-li mile, tak alespoň neutrálně. Což se ovšem nedá říci obsluze v jídelně. Ale možná je to proto, že jsem nemluvil světovým jazykem. Pokud bych si měl zvolit přenocování v hotelu Brusel a spaním ve stanu, asi byl po této zkušenosti spal v tom stanu... Nutí mne to dát hvězdičku na ohodnocení, ale tady bych s hodnocením klidně šel do záporného stavu, Takhle dám z donucení tu jednu, protože je fakt, že výtah fungoval, teplá voda tekla a do pokoje nezatékalo...

They gave me parking, but then in the evening they asked us to park in another place. I preferred to park completely outside their "mini" car park, despite the receptionist wanting to charge us for full parking. When paying by card for parking, a message popped up at the terminal about entering a tip, which was quite a problem for her to cancel. I absolutely do not understand why I should enter a tip for parking. There is an electric kettle in the room only in rooms with a balcony. If a person comes soaked from the outside, it is not possible to play tea or heat up in the bathroom to dry things. I will omit the spider that roamed its net 7 cm above the ground under the sink, and only because it was probably the only permanent resident of the hotel who looked at me, at least if not kindly, then at least neutrally. Which, of course, cannot be said to the staff in the dining room. But maybe it's because I didn't speak a world language. If I had to choose to spend the night in a hotel in Brussels and sleep in a tent, he was probably sleeping in that tent after this experience ... It forces me to give a star to the rating, but here I would easily go into a negative state with the rating.

Unverschämte und extrem langsame Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Sehr schlechte Organisation in der Kurabteilung und Kundenwünsche sind nur lässtig und führen zu frechen Antworten. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, das Abendessen eher schlecht. Die Zimmer sind für ein 4* Haus nicht besonders bequem. Wie das Hotel 4*haben kann?!? Gute Frage! Ich war schon in 2*Hotels die besser waren, viel besser. Ich kann nur davon abraten!
Outrageous and extremely slow receptionists. Very bad organization in the spa department and customer requests are only casual and lead to cheeky answers. The breakfast is okay, the dinner rather bad. The rooms are not particularly comfortable for a 4 * hotel. How can the hotel have 4 *?!? Good question! I've stayed in 2 * hotels that were better, much better. I can only advise against it!

- Definitely not a 4*service, rude reception staff especially the old lady with dark rimmed glasses. Booking gives no obligation to pay upon arrival and she as well as her colleague argued with me about it when I wanted as in all 4 or 5 star hotels py upon check out. - Also the cleaning staff came knocking on my door at 7h30 asking to clean my room. I mean really 7h30 ?? Couldn't you just let people sleep at that time eventhough they don't have the don't disturb sign on the door? She was speaking to me 3 times German until she even tried some Czech and then just dryly said that she has not only my room to do and she will see when or if she could even come back. And when I asked them to come do it in 30 min when I am going to be taking my breakfast they never came back. I had to go downstairs and ask the receptionist to call the cleaning staff to do my room. - The so called wellness is a swimming pool and sauna which are only open from 5 to 9 PM. I mean really that is exactly the time you want to go for a dinner and have some fun so completely wrong timing. I have asked if they could switch the sauna on earlier and got refused. - The single room #40 was dark but relatively big and very quiet. The bed was terribly soft so you will wake up with a sore back. The shower joint is leaky creating space for water going around your bathroom when you shower. - The towels were frayed and old. Eventhough I left them hanging on the rack to keep them for 2 days, they still changed them ?. - The shoe cleaning machine at the reception has no polish left inside and to make it work you need to keep pushing the button with the second foot which is almost impossible without loosing one's balance. - The elevator was very slow. - The breakfast area staff don't wear masks even now in covid times. There was no cutlery at my table so I asked the staff to bring me some knife and fork and they just told me that they would not even think that someone would dare to sit down somewhere where there was not the breakfast set ready. I apologised that I haven't seen any at my first breakfast and only then I was given the cuttlery. - The breakfast is only served from 7til9 AM but already at 8h30 there is not much choice left. - For the breakfast there were no warm veggie choices, and also no fresh fruits apart from apples. - The cappuccino is not tasty at all. - When I called the hotel prior my reservation I was asking whether the late departure would be possible with no charge and they answered yes. Then at the day of the check out I was fortunately leaving early but the old receptionist still dared to ask me whether I have reserved the late check out at 20€ on booking. - So beware they lie and cheat here. Save yourselves some nerves and money and get yourself spoiled in some better place.
