★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was perfectly clean. Loved staying there.beautiful location. Breakfast was amazing and looked very good. There was no problem with parking or late arrival. And the staff were top notch, very polite and helpfull. Very very good experience. Would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edited: we went back again after three years and it was lovely as previous time. Again my thoughts are you can just arrive there with just toothbrush because they have everything prepared. Even ear plugs and umbrella...
Staff: friendly and helpful.
Room: super clean, nice interior design, small but good size for two people.
Bathroom: good shower with enough room to move, hairdryer actually dries hair. I really appreciated all the extra gadgets eg. Digital scale and mobile holder next to the toilet!
Location: excellent, right in the heart of all the attractions and just one street next to the main fountain.
We could hear next room TV quite loud but other than that, loved it. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Františkovy Lázně.
