★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stavba kostela byla zahájena roku 1815 a dokončen byl roku 1820. Nejprve byl kostel filiálkou farnosti v Horních Lomanech. Když byly Františkovy Lázně roku 1865 prohlášeny městem, byla zřízena roku 1868 u kostela samostatná farnost a započalo se s výstavbou fary v sousedství kostela.
The construction of the church began in 1815 and was completed in 1820. First, the church was a branch of the parish in Horní Lomany. When Františkovy Lázně was declared a town in 1865, an independent parish was established at the church in 1868 and construction of the vicarage started next to the church.
