★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kutna Hora is a beautiful place, but be warned, not many tourists travel out so far from the city center. There was no wifi in the station and the nearby area was almost entirely residential. I attempted to buy a bus ticket but it was cash only. If you are traveling and you decide to visit, take a few coins with you and maybe a map!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The old ladies at the information counter were extremely rude.
We waited for the toilet key cause it was borrowed. When it was returned, the counter was still closing.
The old lady definitely knew someone was waiting for it but she didn’t respond.
I had waited for 10minutues, the counter still shut down, and seeing she was playing with her phone.
I knocked her window for help, she kept yelling at me and saying “NO CARD!!! NO CARD!!!”
So what’s the point of having such card machine at the counter if it’s not working??
When we left, another old lady opened the window and yelled at us.
The company MUST definitely train their staffs the manner they should carry but not rudeness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very interesting city. You have to visit something different and strange like the church decorated with the bones, I believe, of 40000 soldiers. WOW is really unique and “tenebroso “

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contrary to what other reviews have said this place is actually just the station, not the city or the ossuary etc. the station has a good and clean toilet, little waiting areas and a shop, the platform is super low which makes it feel even more open and inviting. The station is key to travel to and from Prague and other key destinations.
