Celé pondělí jsem byl doma a nikdo se nestavil a neměli ani tolik slušnosti mi zavolat, že nemají čas. Tak od této firmy bych si nenechal doplnit ani zapalovač. Pro Ing. Hrbek, myslíte si, že jsem si to vymyslel? Byl jsem celý den doma a čekal na technika. Nepředstírejte mi, že jsem měl vypnutý telefon, není to pravdou. To s tím telefonem se stalo, až když se Váš technik domluvil s moji přítelkyní a to cca. měsíc po tom, co jsme byli domluveni a nepřišel. Kdybych tuto recenzi nenapsal, tak by se mi nikdo neozval Jinak s Vaším technikem jsem už mluvil ale nemám již zájem o Vaše služby, už jen z důvodu jak jste odpověděl. Z Vaší reakce to vypadá jako bych já nezvedal telefon. Když někdo udělá chybu tak se omluví a nesnaží se mlžit. I personally visited this company, where I agreed that they would prepare a price offer for a new boiler, with a technician coming to me on Monday and fine-tuning everything. I've been home all Monday and no one has stopped and they didn't even have the decency to call me that they don't have time. So I wouldn't have a lighter added from this company. For Ing. Hump, do you think I made it up? I was at home all day waiting for a technician. Don't pretend I turned off my phone, that's not true. That only happened to that phone when your technician agreed with my girlfriend, approx. a month after we were arranged and did not come. If I hadn't written this review, no one would have contacted me Otherwise, I've already talked to your technician, but I'm no longer interested in your services, just because you answered. From your reaction, it looks like I didn't pick up the phone. When someone makes a mistake, they apologize and do not try to fog.
