★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem si byla koupit květiny mé babičce na narozeniny. Dámy v prodejně byly velice milé a řekly, že mi to uvážou a připraví. Šla jsem si tedy nakoupit do obchodu. Když jsem se vrátila čekala na mě nádherná kytice, dámy se mě ještě ptaly, jestli to tak může zůstat nebo jestli bych chtěla něco změnit. Babička byla z té kytice nadšená a hned si ji fotila. Nejsem zrovna na psaní recenzí, ale byla jsem mile překvapená přístupem k zákazníkovi. Dámy, ještě jednou děkuji za pomoc s dárkem pro babičku, určitě jsem u vás nebyla naposled.
 Today I was buying flowers for my grandmother's birthday. The ladies in the store were very nice and said that they would consider it and prepare it for me. So I went shopping at the store. When I returned, a beautiful bouquet was waiting for me, the ladies still asked me if it could stay that way or if I would like to change something. Grandmother was excited about the bouquet and immediately took a picture of her. I'm not exactly writing reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by the approach to the customer. Ladies, thank you again for your help with the gift for grandma, I certainly wasn't there for the last time.
