When I submitted my order I wrote the delivery address wrong, but the person at the store responded immediately to my e-post request to change it. I also wanted to ensure that it was a surprise delivery and the person at the store did a great job on that. I'm over 100% satisfied!

I have ordered flowers for delivery online, the website is really nice, it is very easy to place an order and has a quick and simple payment system. It was quite helpful that the website was in both English and Czech. I highly recommend this service and would not hesitate to use them again in the future!
