Unfortunately, the delivery guy was late and instead of contacted myself, he has contacted my mum by phone to arranged more precise time to deliver her flowers which has completely spoiled an experience of surprising her. This can happen but more I was disappointed with the company's response when I gave them feedback. They did not feel there was any failure on their side. I wont be using Azelea flowers again.
