The florist brought a beautiful and fresh flower to her place. She didn't charge anything for transportation. I do not know how it does, but the price was half the competition!

Ještě druhý den jsem se zastavila abych doladila text na stuhu Ještě jsem se ujišťovala o času vyzvednutí. Smuteční obřad se konal v 11:00 a byla jsem ujištěna, že v 10:00 otvírají, což bych v pohodě stihala. V 10:00 stojím před obchodem a nikde nikdo, čekala jsem dalších 15 min. na telefon nikdo nereagoval. Dostala jsem se do situace, kterou bych nikdy nikomu nepřála. Jela jsem na poslední rozloučení s milovanou osobou, bez květiny ve stresu, abych alespoň stihla obřad. Odpoledne, když jsem se zastavila v obchodě, mi bylo řečeno, že paní byla u zubaře a proto otvirala později, a ještě větší rozčarování přišlo, když jsem zjistila, že ta smuteční květina nebyla vůbec připravena. Oni ji prostě neměli! Lidsky je to pro mne velmi špatná zkušenost.... A big disappointment for me! I ordered a mourning bouquet with a ribbon, for the whole family. The next day I stopped to fine-tune the text on the ribbon. I still made sure of the pick-up time. The mourning ceremony took place at 11:00 and I was assured that they would open at 10:00, which I would easily manage. At 10:00 I stand in front of the store and no one anywhere, I waited another 15 minutes. no one responded to the phone. I got into a situation I would never wish on anyone. I went to the last farewell to a loved one, without a flower under stress, to at least catch the ceremony. In the afternoon, when I stopped at the store, I was told that the lady was at the dentist's, so she opened later, and even more disappointment came when I found out that the mourning flower was not ready at all. They just didn't have it! Humanly, it's a very bad experience for me ....

Nepřijímá názor zákazníka, což jsem si bohužel nevyslechla jenom já, pokud tak jedná i u smutečních květin tak by se nad sebou opravdu měla zamyslet. Také jsem si u jednoho pána, který žije poblíž, vyslechla, že podobný projev zažil na vlastní kůži a, že se zde bohužel velmi často nedodržuje otevírací doba a nikde to není vyvěšeno, což je u květinářství dosti zásadní věc, zkrátka lidskost je zde NULOVÁ. Květiny sice krásné, ale to s tím nemá nic společného, přístup k lidem je zde zvláštní. Nedoporučuji. The saleswoman is unnecessarily annoying, unruly and senselessly clever. She doesn't accept the customer's opinion, which unfortunately I didn't just hear, if she does the same with mourning flowers, then she should really think about herself. I also heard from a gentleman who lives nearby that he experienced a similar speech firsthand and that, unfortunately, the opening hours are very often not observed here and it is not posted anywhere, which is quite a crucial thing for florists, in short, humanity is ZERO . The flowers are beautiful, but it has nothing to do with it, the approach to people is special here. I do not recommend.
