★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za mne nejlepší salon v Praze. Chodíme pravidelně už 2 roky a pokaždé jsme byli moc spokojeni s výsledkem i přístupem. Majitelka salonu je člověk na svém místě. Naše Maggie má nejen super střih ale do salonu vždy těší, což je zázrak. :) Doporučuji na 100 %.
 The best salon in Prague for me. We have been going regularly for 2 years and we have always been very satisfied with the result and the approach. The owner of the salon is a man in her place. Our Maggie not only has a great cut but always enjoys the salon, which is a miracle. :) I recommend it 100%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi nepříjemná a arogantní paní majitelka. To, že jsem si spletla datum, je moje vina, ale, že mě tam nechá 20 minut sedět, aniž by se mě zeptala, co tam dělám, mě trochu překvapilo. Teda oznámila mi, že jdu ke kolegyni. Z rezervace na internetu bohužel nepoznáte ke komu jdete, tak jsem řekla, že asi teda jo. Mohly jsme si obě těch 20 minut ušetřit. A potom mi řekne, že je normální čekat, protože u zvěrolékaře taky čekáte než se dostanete na řadu. Bohužel tady nebyl nikdo přede mnou a paní majitelka mohla hned říct, že jsem si spletla datum.
Very unpleasant and arrogant lady owner. It's my fault that I made a date, but letting me sit there for 20 minutes without asking me what I was doing there surprised me a little. So she told me I was going to a colleague. Unfortunately, you don't know who you're going to from the online reservation, so I said yes. We could both save those 20 minutes. And then he tells me it's normal to wait, because you're also waiting at the vet before it's your turn. Unfortunately, there was no one in front of me and the owner could tell right away that I had mistaken the date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my Yorkshire there last year, and some highly UNQUALIFIED groomer was so careless that SHE CUT THE A LARGE TIP OF MY DOG'S EAR! Until now the area has not grown back, and part of the dog's ear is missing and is absolutely visible. My dog was 8 at the time, and she had numerous amounts of haircuts, but this one person completely ruined it for my dog.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to thank Adela for the amazing job she did and for her attitude.My dog was never as soft as now after grooming her.Plus she did dental cleaning and ive never seen those teeth so white!As im a new dog owner i had a lot of questions and Adela patiently answered all of them and gave a lot of advices.I can highly recommend Adela! We will be definitely coming back!Thank you:-)
