★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally think, it is a great place for a pet. I have been there several times with my dog, and always leave the place with an extremy satisfaction. The work is done very well, and more importantly, the owners love pets and take a good care of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only in salon PGC managed to cut my cat Leo! He is very Aggressive and does not like to get a haircut. Other groomers were very afraid of him((But in this salon, he was very calm and did not even try to offend anyone. Thank you very much! See you soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cleanest salon in Prague! All tools are processed in the presence of the client, in the salon there are two boxes for sterilization, everything is in sight, the tables are perfectly clean! We visited many such salons, but we have never seen such an order anywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to leave Prague for couple of days and couldn’t leave our terrier with anyone. She doesn’t eat when we leave her somewhere, that’s what I was worried about when called this hotel for pets, BUT to my great surprise, the send me every day foto of my dog and she ate here food. Thank you for being a very responsible and friendly hotel for my dog

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cat was ordered to this saloon after making a reservation on phone (told the woman that I don't want to cut his hairs too much - he is fluffy by nature - just needed to shorten a little bit around some specific area), she told me that it's OK and we will agree on place. When I came with the cat, the woman told me that colleague who is cutting the hairs of cats went home cause she didn't feel good. Which I was a little bit worried about, they could call me with this information. But I agreed to do it anyway (her colleague who is taking care of dogs). She was really tough on my cat as she was brushing him, he was scared and nervous (he is usually calm). Afterward, she finished and I have to mention that in that small saloon, they have few dogs, which is not the best option if u have some scared or aggressive cat. I don't recommend this place for cats and I won't come again.
