★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší zastaralý vstupenkový sýstém v CZ. Technologie z roku 2000 nic nefunguje. Nenechte se okradnout a vyhýbejte se obloukem. Pět hvězdiček dali jenom zaměstnanci.
Worst Obsolete Ticket System in CZ. Nothing works in 2000 technology. Do not be robbed and avoid the arc. Five stars were given only by employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kupovat si vstupenky online v systému Colosseum ticket je poslední dobou hlavně utrpení. Většinou si vstupenku totiž ani nelze koupit, protože místo platby se vám zobrazuje prázdná obrazovka, tudíž objednávku nelze provést. Zkoušela jsem více počítačů i různou denní dobu, výsledek pořád stejný. A když to chcete s firmou řešit, tak dovolat se tam je prakticky nemožné, a když pošlete mail (podotýkám, že slušný a co nejlépe popisující problém), tak vás akorát odpálkují a nejsou ochotni cokoli řešit. Fakt hrůza...
Buying tickets online with the Colosseum ticket system has recently been a major misery. Most of the time, you can't even buy a ticket because you see a blank screen instead of a payment, so you can't place an order. I tried more computers and different times of the day, the same result. And if you want to deal with the company, so it is practically impossible to reach there, and when you send a mail (note that a decent and best describing the problem), they just hit you and are not willing to solve anything. Fakt horror ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Začnu tím, že již 5 měsíců řešíme upgrade Collosea,. Mohu říci, že před 5 měsíci výborná komunikace, kdykoli byl problém, vše bylo vyřešeno. Bohužel po dočasné odstavce jsme museli provést upgrade a kolotoč problémů se dal do pohybu. Byl nám přidělen technik, který evidentně nevěděl, jak vypadala původní verze Collosea. A to se taky poznamenalo na naší další spolupráci, neboť jsme sami pana technika museli poučit, co a jak bylo v původní verzi. Výsledkem je program, který dosud nefunguje na 100% a neustále s ním jsou nějaké problémy. Pokud si někdo z držitelů nechá upgradovat současnou verzi, rozmyslete si, jestli to stojí opravdu za to.
I'll start by solving the Collosea upgrade for 5 months now. I can say that 5 months ago excellent communication, whenever there was a problem, everything was solved. Unfortunately, after a temporary paragraph, we had to upgrade and the carousel of problems started to move. We were assigned a technician who obviously didn't know what the original version of Collose looked like. And this was also noted in our further cooperation, because we ourselves had to teach Mr. Technician what and how was in the original version. The result is a program that does not yet work 100% and there are still some problems with it. If one of the holders upgrades the current version, think about whether it's really worth it.
