★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krásné prostředí, příjemný personál, ale co se týče péče o mého pejska, nebyla jsem spokojená. Ceny oproti jiné klinice jsou vysoké a pořád jsme jen platili a pejskův zdravotní stav se nelepšil. Pokaždé si naúčtovali vyšší cenu, i přesto, že jsem se dopředu ptala kolik si mám připravit! Veterináře by měl dělat člověk s posláním, né lidi, co se pravděpodobně povolání minuli a tahají jen peníze. Ani jednou mi nevytiskli zprávu o tom, co pejskovi dělali a jaká je vlastně jeho anamnéza. Díky názorů jiných pejskařů jsem zvolila veterinární nemocnici, kde se to nedá s touhle klinikou srovnat a zde mi pejska zachránili. Trpí ještě epilepsií a do toho jí našli cystu. A co jsem se bavila s paní doktorkou v nové veterinární nemocnici, tak mi bylo řečeno, že pejsek měl i špatně nadávkované léky na epilepsii. Díky bohu, že pejsek je naprosto v pořádku. Ale tuto kliniku už nikdy nenavštívím a mezi pejskaři tuto informaci rozšířím.
Beautiful environment, friendly staff, but when it comes to taking care of my dog, I was not satisfied. The prices compared to another clinic are high and we still just paid and the dog's health did not improve. They always charged a higher price, even though I asked in advance how much to prepare! Veterinarians should be done by a person with a mission, not people who have probably missed a profession and are only drawing money. Not once did they print out a report on what they were doing to the dog and what his anamnesis was. Thanks to the opinions of other dog owners, I chose a veterinary hospital, where it cannot be compared to this clinic, and here my dog was saved. She still suffers from epilepsy and they found a cyst in it. And as I talked to the doctor in the new veterinary hospital, I was told that the dog also had poorly dosed medicines for epilepsy. Thank goodness the dog is perfectly fine. But I will never visit this clinic again and I will spread this information among dog breeders.
