★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is waste of time to visit this “restaurant”. I am really disappointed! It looks like it is two restaurants with buffet next to each other, but it is only one. Waitress was waiting for order, but I was scared to ask her anything. Food was cold! Vegetables, which supposed to be hot was COLD, I thing they just took it of from freezer. ?♀️ Terrible experience. I don’t think that something like this should be in the shopping center in city center full of turists. Never more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of fast food options in the foodcourt of Palladium. I chose Rancho, it's a chicken gyros with vegetables in a tortilla wrap. Even though the service was quite unfriendly, but overall it was quite nice experience. Rancho is only 89 euros and the portion was quite big.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst place where you can go in Prague, people are so rude they don’t know how to treat their customers. We were maltreated by the manager for no reason, we were plannig to eat there and he got so nervous when we asked our first question regarding the menu. Moreover one of the waiter came to tell my sister to leave the place while she was sitting waiting for us with my 2 years old toddler, shame on such service and on such rude impolite manager!! I really don’t recommend anyone to go to this unrespectful rude place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sitting watching the old man use the same plastic spoon and eating from all the buffet trays, I would not recommend this place to anyone he done this 8x as I was sitting watching he was a worker there such bad hygiene!!! DON'T EAT here!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I chose self-service buffet. There were some salads, potatoes, rise, french fries, groats and various meats to be chosen from. The food was tasty and fresh. A big plus for availability of groats, which I like very much and also tasty cabbage with coriander (and other salads). A minus for plastic plates and cutlery, which is not ecological.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the very few places in Prague to offer diverse vegetables. They offer ready to order meals like chicken burger or sandwich, tacos, fish and chips among many. They also offer a self service buffet which I chose. I ate very well for 280 czk, less than 11 euros as of October 2017: one plate full of several vegetables, another with chicken breast and pasta, with a bottle of water. Situated on the last floor of the palladium mall, cool place to eat. Other places around (mall or street) only serve hamburgers, pork and fries, and/or very simple overpriced salad.
