★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší zkušenost s realitní kanceláři... Soudí podle vzhledu a přístup otřesný.... Neslušné chování, komunikace strašná... Nechají vás ujet i 100km aby vám řekli, že už jen jak vypadáte vám nic nenabídne, i když na to máte hromadu peněz, nezajma je to.... Nedoporučuji!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Najhoršia agentúra, keď máte záujem o prehliadku bytu, odhovaraju Vás že to není pre Vás vhodné . Takéto jednanie som ešte nezažila. Komunikácia nula bodov. Ľudí si snáď vyberajú podľa tučnej obalky a sympatií.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já jsem viděl odhad ceny stavebního pozemku od této firmy (který měl sloužit k vyplacení příbuzných), obvyklou cenu v místě bych tipnul tak na 3000Kč/m2. Odhad byl proveden na naprosto směšných 500kč/m2. Nemám jiné vysvětlení, než že to byl evidentní podvod... S razítkem a odborným odůvodněním ?.
I saw an estimate of the price of the building land from this company (which was to be used to pay relatives), the usual price in the place would be about 3000 CZK / m2. The estimate was made at an absolutely ridiculous 500 CZK / m2. I have no explanation other than that it was an obvious fraud ... With stamp and professional justification ?.
