★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good accomodation for a few days. Clean. Coffee equipment. My window was half meter far from a rock wall (ZERO visibility of anything) giving a claustrofobic reaction ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very weird. The hotel doesn t look good from outside, but inside it s all modern and new ! And decoration is pretty interesting as part of the inner walls are done by the hill s rocks themselves.
Quite nice !

TL,DR:
This is a beautiful place, but when visiting the restaurant be prepared to be treated as a lower-class costumer unless you're also staying at their hotel.
The place is elegant, the food 'looks' good, the prices are steep, the service is a joke.

We booked a table and admittedly arrived some 20 minutes later.
After being seated and having eaten the starters (which were delicious and left us both intrigued and craving for what was to come) we asked the attendant to see the menu again to order the main courses.
We all exchanged dumbfounded looks when she told us she didn't expect us to eat more and that we would have to wait more than one hour to get anything we'd order.
That was plain odd. Did she really think we'd stop eating after a soup? We analysed what just happened for a while. I went to discuss our options with her, but at this point she started excusing herself that some unexpected guests were coming and they were missing one cook and this and that - and suggested we'd come another time.
My wife was just sitting there, hungry and pissed (rightly so). Turns out they gave priority to the hotel guests who had to eat their dinner..and after serving all of them, they could get back to us! That is lame and even the food was promising we didn't want to spend an hour watching a feast of people who came after us.
So we decided to go. At this point, she could have won us over by offering a little discount or voucher or whatnot in order to compensate for THEIR MISTAKE - like the good restaurants who care for their clients do.
I would have gladly accepted an invitation to come another time. Instead, we were presented with a rather fat bill (never left a restaurant this empty, in both senses) and a quick goodbye as she had to get back to her cat.1 guests. NEVER MORE, thank you, SORRY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed 2 nights. No one cleaned our room and we had to ask for toilet paper. We arrived on good Friday - no one told us that the restaurant would close at 8 so we had to go into town and look for a kebab shop. The worst thing though was that the water in the shower and bathroom went completely ice cold at 10am - they did offer to give us a new room but that doesn't help much at the point when you've already suddenly been plunged into ice water mid-shower. Also, no one wants to be moving rooms. Just keep the boiler on and don't put people into rooms where the water goes cold, especially if they're paying nearly £100 a night. Very few redeeming factors here. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is nice and the food that we managed to eat was well cooked. The problem is the organisation which is terrible if you aren't a guest of their hotel. Even if we'd reserved a table for dinner, all we had were just some drinks and starters, because when we wanted to order our main dish the waitress asked us if we really wanted to eat?. She said that we had to wait more than one hour to get our food so we decided to leave. We had to go to another place to get some food, can we consider this a real restaurant? I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the outside it looks a little old, but the rooms were large and modernly decorated. You are quickly in the old center with restaurants and bars. Breakfast is just average. Staff very friendly and fast

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice small hotel. It definitely exists because of nearby businesses (business travel, company paid), therefore rooms and services are ok, but not more. The restaurants is nice, though, with very good grilled/barbecue dishes.
