M	Monika Doležalová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Úžasné jednání, fotky se mi v jejich on-line editoru špatně zobrazovaly, slečna se mi ozvala přes whatsapp (což mimochodem velice oceňuji) a nabídla mi pomoc, vše jsme pořešily během 5 minut a album bylo za hodinu k odběru !! Při přebírání, když slečna zjistila, že mám v autě miminko, a než bych jej odpoutala a s tou autosedačkou si šla k nim pro fotoalbum, mi řekla ať počkám před budovou a album mi přinesla až do okýnka v autě!!! Dodání až do auta jsem nikde jinde nazažila! Úžasné jednání !!! Budu využívat už jen a pouze jejich služeb ! Amazing meeting, the photos didn't look good to me in their online editor, the young lady called me via whatsapp (which I really appreciate by the way) and offered me help, we solved everything in 5 minutes and the album was available in an hour !! When taking over, when the young lady found out that I had a baby in the car, and before I untied him and went to them with the car seat for a photo album, she told me to wait in front of the building and bring the album to the window in the car !!! I have found delivery to the car nowhere else! Amazing meeting !!! I will use only their services!

Příjemné jednání. Za mě super. Určitě jsem neobjednávala naposledy. Quality photos (Polaroids plus a wooden frame), also beautifully wrapped. I ordered on Monday night and picked it up at the mailroom on Wednesday. Pleasant behavior. Great for me. I certainly didn't order for the last time.

Osobně musím vyzdvihnout, že když jsem si tu nechávala vyvolávat velké množství fotek a po zadání objednávky zjistila, že jsem na jednu zapomněla, nebyl problém ji přidat do výroby a navíc mi bylo sděleno, že ať doplatek pár korun neřeším. To mě velice překvapilo a moc potěšilo. Děkuji. I definitely recommend. I order here repeatedly, I am always satisfied with the quality of photos and images.
