F	Free entity on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozhodně to není takové jak tvrdí většina recenzí. Čekání cca 10 minut. Vstřícné a slušné jednání personálu. Vše vyřízeno bez zbytečných komplikací. Vytkl bych jen systém přiřazování klientů pod pracovníky úřadu podle jména. Což v češtině evidentně znamená příjmení, takže pozor kterou frontu stojíte. It's definitely not what most reviews say. Na podporu čekám od října a ani v březnu nikdo nic neví, neřeší, neodpovídá... doufám, že vám to tam někdo konečně podpálí. Pracovat takovým stylem jako pracují tam tak každého jiného zaměstnance vyhodí během prvních 30 minut v práci. Čekání přede dveřmi v jakémkoliv počasí mi přijde nelidské, ale pochopila bych to, kdyby to k něčemu vedlo. Hodiny čekáte a ve výsledku nikdo nic neví a s ničím Vám poradit nemůžou. Většina úřednic až na vyjímky, je velmi arogantní a nepříjemná. Dovolat se na úřad nelze a na emaily nikdo, včetně paní vedoucí, neodpovídá. Kdybych měla jinou možnost, tuhle ponižující zkušenost bych si ráda ušetřila. Abych byla férová, úřad se nijak nevymyká průměru Úřadů práce kdekoli jinde (Klatovy, Horažďovice, atd) An incredibly horrible experience. Urad nestiha odbavovat, a presto si urednice dopreji hodinovou (!!) pauzu na obed. Polovina prepazek nepracuje a nektere z urednic si ostentativne davaji nacas pred prijetim dalsiho klienta. UP bohuzel nekomunikuje po telefonu ani emailem. Naprosty stredovek s arogantnimi, neprijemnymi a pomalymi urednicemi, ktere zcela bezne na klienty zvysuji hlas a rozhodne se nesnazi pomoci. An incredible, terrible and humiliating experience, especially for seniors and mothers with children bordering on bullying. Queue at 8 in the morning about 50m. Half of the counters do not work and some of the regulators ostentatiously take their time before accepting another client. Unfortunately, UP does not communicate by phone or email. Ale když už s pracovníkem jednám u okýnka, je milý a chová se profesionálně. It depends. V obedove pauze byli vsichni lidi vyhnani z budovy a to bez poradovych cisel ven na déšť. Tudiz znamena ze frontu po obede stojite znovu od zacatku. Dovedete si predstavit jak to vypadalo po vpustění po obedove pauze zpatky do budovy. Lidé se div nebyli a agresivita byla na miste. Jednani odpovedne osoby kterou jsme si nechali privolat bylo na muj vkus dost neprofesionalni. Rozhodne jsme nenabyli dojmu ze urad je tu pro nas. At pan Havlícek raději nemluví.
