★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, prodejna sice asi už jiná, nicméně chování v obuvi na této adrese pořád stejné viz. recenze níže. Prodavačky příjemné pouze pokud zboží kupujete poté se zříkají jaké-koli odpovědnosti či poskytnutí služby (výměna, reklamace atd.) v rámci zboží, které prodávají. Silně nedoporučuji cokoli tam kupovat. PS: Hvězdičku dávám pouze, aby bylo možné komentář nahrát
Hello, while the shop may be different, but the behavior in shoes at this address still see the same. reviews below. Saleswoman enjoys only if you buy the goods then disclaim any liability or provision of services (exchange, complaints, etc.) within the goods they sell. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neprofesionální personál, absolutní neochota při problémech se zakoupenou obuví, arogantní a ironické jednání při vyřízováni reklamace.
Klasický případ; když ptáčka lapají tak se může prodavačka přetrhnout, ale když dojde na vyřízení problému tak nasadí arogantní masku a dělají, že jim jste fuk a ještě se vám prodavačka vysměje do obličeje.
Hnus velebnosti, takhle se zákazníky nejedná.
Už bych si tu boty nekoupila!
Non-professional staff, absolute reluctance to buy shoes, arrogant and ironic behavior when handling a claim.
Classical case; when a bird is caught so the saleswoman can break, but when it comes to dealing with the problem, she puts on an arrogant mask and makes you do whatever it takes and the saleswoman laughs at you in the face.
The pride of majesty, this is not what customers are doing.
I wouldn't buy my shoes!
