The Lord does not keep His word, He still postpones the agreed deadlines, He promises to speak, but then He does not call. He did not come to the agreed revision of the gas boiler three times.

In 2015, at the end of the summer, I ordered an inspection of this gentleman's phone in a family house. He arrived, measured, collected money, but never delivered the revision itself. I called him several times, always promising to deliver, but I don't have it yet (3 years). He's a man who doesn't keep his word and I should sue him, but that's a lot of work, that's enough for me for now.

I ordered a gas inspection from Mr. Starý over the phone, stating that in recent years it has happened to us once every six months, that sometimes we feel as if there is gas in the kitchen area and that it happens about once every 6 months and we are not not sure if it just makes us feel or if it's nothing. I asked Mr. if he should have time to come and see it in the next 3 days, because they live abroad, and I will leave at the end of the week. I also told him that if he didn't have time, it didn't matter, and that we could make an appointment in 3 weeks when I arrived again. Mr. Old told me that he would ask my son if he was free and call me back. He later called that his son might come the day after tomorrow. According to the agreement, this happened, the son came and focused on 2 gas appliances. The whole operation took 5 minutes and he enlisted 4235 CZK !!!! In shock, I paid the amount, because in good faith I thought that, unfortunately, a lot is paid for gas inspections in CR. After Mr. left, however, I called other companies and they told me that the revision of 2 appliances should not exceed 1,500kc to 2,000kc. I called Mr. Starý back and he said uncomfortably to me that what I wanted was that there was a surcharge of CZK 2,500 for an emergency trip. I told him that I had not reported it as such, I did not press for the meeting and its urgency, and no one arrived within 24 hours and that I was not informed of the fact of a possible surcharge of 2,500 kc and that I consider this to be an unfair and frivolous act. Moreover, the invoice, which was issued to me, did not mention a "surcharge for an emergency trip". At the end of the conversation, Mr. Stary told me that "he doesn't care about any money and that he will return the money to me by letter". He's been making fun of me on the phone ever since. I reported the case to the CTIA.

Unfortunately, I did not look at the reviews, but fortunately Mr. Starý answered so arrogantly that the contract does not take place. I wonder how these people can do business today.
