Narozdíl od konkurence, kde bychom čekali na teplo dva týdny, jsme mohli znovu fungovat hned druhý den. Mohu jen a jen doporučit. Děkujeme Great service. Tel. kontakt s touto firmou byl pro mě šokem: technik mi sdělil, že ,,neumí a nezná", byl arogantní a posléze telefon zavěsil, aniž bych se ho stihl na cokoliv zeptat. Neprofesionální přístup, nedoporučuji. Vaillant boiler malfunction, I quickly asked for repair. Tel. contact with this company was a shock to me: the technician told me he couldn't and did not know, was arrogant and then hung up the phone without asking him anything.

Nic po třech týdnech. Je vidět jak moc chtějí mít spokojené zákazníky a kolik jich vůbec chtějí. No reaction after 3 weeks after contact. Při následném zavolání, že na něho čekám doma (v prac. den, tedy vybranou dovolenou) pán řekl, že zrovna mi chtěl volat, že dneska byly samé poruchy a že se tedy domluvíme na jiný termín..... To už jsem samozřejmě odmítl, protože nespolehlivého a ulhaného řemeslníka opravdu nechci... The master did not arrive at the agreed date at all, without any excuse. Pokaždé, co si vezmu já nebo přítel dovolenou kvůli domluvenemu termínu, nikdo nepřijede, nikdo nezavolá. Neskutečně arogantní pánové, kteří neumí ani zavolat a omluvit se natož vůbec dojet a zkontrolovat jejich vlastní kotel. NIKDY VÍC !!!!! Total disaster. We have been trying to arrange a service date for about a year. Every time I or a friend take a vacation because of an appointment, no one comes, no one calls. Incredibly arrogant gentlemen who can't even call and apologize, let alone drive and check their own boiler. NEVER MORE !!!!!

No musím říct že takovou zlodějinu a prasátku jsem dlouho neviděl , Kort když teď lidí nemají peníze . A v podstatě ten hlavní důvod ani neodstranil!! Horší servis jsem nezažil ! I really do not recommend, Mr. charged 2500 for a part that costs 200 CZK. Well, I have to say that I haven't seen such a thief and a pig for a long time, Kort, when people don't have money now. And basically he didn't even eliminate the main reason !! I have not experienced worse service!
