★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutna neprofesionalita. Boli sme dohodnuti 3 tyzdne, dokonca sa prisiel aj pozriet na priestory. Ale ked uz sa malo zacat pracovat tak ma zacal ignorovat. Hovory, email, SMS. Ziadna odpoved, ani vysvetlenie. Strateny mesiac s nim a to ani nehovorim o tom, ze teraz budem mesiace cakat zas na dalsieho instalatera.
 Absolute unprofessionalism. We agreed on 3 weeks, even came to see the premises. But when work was about to start, he started ignoring me. Calls, email, SMS. No answer, no explanation. Lost a month with him and I'm not even talking about waiting months for another installer now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji. Po zaměření pan Lorenc přestal komunikovat, neodpovídal manželovi na emaily ani SMS. Na jeho práci navazovali další řemeslníci, což věděl. Celou rekonstrukci nám tak značně zkomplikoval. Absolutní nespolehlivost!!!
I do not recommend. After focusing, Mr. Lorenc stopped communicating, did not reply to his husband's emails or text messages. Other craftsmen followed his work, which he knew. This made the whole reconstruction much more complicated for us. Absolute unreliability !!!
