I am very dissatisfied with the approach of the whole car show. A few months ago I bought a new Land Rover Discovery. Given that the car was a warehouse, I ordered the heating of seats, towing equipment and stinitka into the windows. I paid and waited a month for delivery of the above accessories. A couple of days before arriving at the showroom, they called me that it was not possible to install the heated seats ... (I don't know why they didn't tell me straight away). When I arrived for my car to Zlina (I am from Brno) with a newly installed accessory and entered the car showroom, nobody greeted me, no one was willing to explain and show me. The only one, probably an assistant in the upper floor, greeted me from the whole motor show and her colleague just thrust my car door handle with absolutely no interest in anything ... After arriving in Brno, I found out that the stinitka in the car is missing, while on the phone I was told that I had a 100 percent in my car, even a worker on the phone claimed that she was not untroubled, that he was there (but unfortunately in full other car.) When installing the towing device, the parking sensors did not work, so I was forced to visit the showroom in Brno in Komarov again, where there is another level of dealings with the customer. So thank you very much, your showroom will definitely not recommend anywhere, and vice versa !!!

Very bad approach on the part of the staff, communication is completely sad and the effort to solve problems is zero. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED!
