★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reservation only, and no movement on showing up. If you're a visitor to the city give it a miss as they won't accommodate for tourists.
Edit: In response to Laser Arena - We were told on the door, no reservation we could not play. This was on Saturday 6th of October. I do not leave negative comments lightly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had so much fun there with my team. Great place to have team building or group activities with friends, the price is reasonable. You better prepare because it is a physical activities but trust me, you will have so much fun in the room. :)

We like the arena but the service gets worse and worse, last time no smile or welcome whatsoever, very unmotivated game explanation, and we even had to ask specifically to get the game score papers, the 3 times we played. It's a shame it could be so much more fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyable few hours here, and a great group activity for our recent trip. We played 4 games (at 100 Czech krona each person) and everyone loved it. The layout works well, the staff were friendly and hospitable, and the games were fast and fun.
