M	Michaela K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem byla s kamarádkou navštívit Hamleys a zavítaly jsme do Laser Game, je to sice menší, ale jsou tam krásně udělané prostory, mockrát děkujeme a to hlavně Danielovi a Sergeiovy za milé chování a přístup, moc rády přijedeme zas:)) Today my friend and I visited the Hamleys and we visited the Laser Game, it's smaller, but there are beautifully made spaces, thank you very much, especially to Daniel and Sergei for nice behavior and approach, we would love to come again :))

Skvělá aréna, vše funkční, nápadité. Vynikající profesionální obsluha. Vše vysvětlil, pomohl, navrhoval možnosti, snažil se vyjít vstříc a na prvním místě byla viditelně spokojenost hráčů! Navíc skvělá práce s dětmi, naslouchal jejich nápadům, rádil se skladbou týmů, motivoval všechny hráče k ještě lepším výkonům. Vše s chutí, NADŠENÍM, úsměvem a velice slušným vystupováním. Rádi se vrátíme a všem, kteří chtějí zažít něco akčního v milém prostředí vřele doporučuji! DĚKUJEME. I recommend. We were with a whole class of sevens today. They spent almost the whole morning. Pochvalu si zaslouží i Sergei s Danielem za milý, srozumitelný a trpělivý přístup. Děkujeme za skvělou atmosféru, rádi přijdeme zase We were in Haileys and we are very satisfied. M	Martin Černý on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bohužel pouze 3 hvězdičky, na pobočku jsme si udělali rezervaci na 9 lidí, při rezervaci zaškrtnuto políčko nechci hrát s ostatními, při příchodu jsme se dozvěděli že stejnak máme hrát s dalšími hráči (nepřišli), při placení kdy si to každý člověk platil sám nám před startem hry řekl pán že jeden z hráčů nezaplatil, všichni si stojíme za tím že jsme zaplatili, pán se nehodlal bavit, a říkal že se to děje často a že to odklikával postupně, chyba ale u nás nebyla, tudíž jsme museli doplatit hrače znovu. nebyla nám vydána ani účtenka při placení, až před startem hry, takže jsme se nemohli obhájit ani tímto, personál se nezeptal ani na hudení mod a ani herní plán, zklamaní. unfortunately only 3 stars, we made a reservation for 9 people at the branch, when booking the box I do not want to play with others, on arrival we learned that we still have to play with other players (did not come), when paying when each person paid for it himself before the start of the game, the gentleman said that one of the players did not pay, we all stand by the fact that we paid, the gentleman did not want to have fun, and said that it happens often and that it clicked gradually, but there was no mistake with us, so we had to pay the players again . we didn't even get a receipt when paying until the start of the game, so we couldn't defend ourselves either, the staff didn't ask about the mod's music or the game plan, disappointed.
