★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak nepříjemné jednání se zákazníkem jsem už dlouho nezažila. Dokonce to nebyl jen jeden incident, kdy dotyčná paní, co tam pracuje, začala na mě bezdůvodně zvedat hlas a řvát po mě. Chápu, že práce s lidmi může do určité míry člověka frustrovat, nicméně opravdu si nemyslím, že jsem si takové jednání zasloužila. Doporučuji změnit přístup nebo práci.
 I have not experienced such an unpleasant dealings with a customer for a long time. It wasn't even just one incident when the lady in question, who worked there, began to raise her voice for me for no reason and yell at me. I understand that working with people can be frustrating to some degree, but I really don't think I deserved to do so. I recommend changing your approach or work.

5 washers and dryers, attendant will operate the machines, so you can drop off and come back later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not often write reviews. However, Laundry 38 deserves 5 stars! While backpacking we had to wash our clothes. We just brought them and were able to visit brno while our clothes were being washed, dried and folded. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rarely bother to leave reviews but this place definitely deserves one! I've been trekking through Europe and this is the first laundry I've done since Amsterdam.
The lady at the front was really kind. When she asked what heat she wanted me to wash my gear I told her I had no idea. She said said not to worry she'd figure it out. I left my suitcase full of clothes and returned the next day.
As an example of how good a job she did a pair of running shorts I had in there which my girlfriend had been begging me to throw out because there were stains that had not come out any time I washed them. These shorts now look like they're new.
