Korona-krize nás toho mnohé naučila

Koronakrize a s ním související nouzový stav se dotkl i nás. Kromě toho, že jsme se museli ze dne na den naučit pracovat z home office, kam jsme přesunuli i celou naši zákaznickou péči, setkali jsme se s enormní poptávkou po našich službách, a to až dvojnásobně. Doručení ode dveří ke dveřím totiž nikdy nemělo větší smysl, než právě teď. Pracovali jsme X hodin přesčas, sháněli nové posily na zákaznickou péči a ještě jsme stíhali doručovat roušky zdarma po celé ČR i do zahraničí.

The parcel was delivered 5 days earlier than expected. At all times the communication with the service provider has been excellent. I definitely recommend using zaslat.cz and will happily use their services again in the future.

So happy with the service! Very punctual and transparent in communication of pick up time, manipulation and delivery. I would definitely reach out to them again in the future especially when sending big items (couches, furniture, but not only)

I've sent parcel on 4th of November from Czech Republic to France, On 10th of November Status showed as delivered whereas the recipient did not even receive the call for delivery and after several follow-up they sent me the proof of delivery without signature, when i requested for the signed copy they changed the status and informed me that the parcel is still on depot and gave contact number to call and check about the package. When the recipient call the call center they replied that the will arrange for the delivery which has never happened. Finally package returned back to Czech and i received the package yesterday. Waste of money and time.

Hello there, my name’s Walter Romano and I’m your regular customer. In the last months I sent many parcels by your company but 2 times already I had bad experiences. the contents of my packages are glass jars filled with spreads, I carefully wrap each jar with a packaging roll, use of polystyrene blocks, air cushions and and I enclose the sticker FRAGILE on the box. Today, for the second time, a customer of mine received his order and found the jars totally destroyed!!! The same situation happened few weeks ago. The damage done is not just economic ( around 40€ of products ) plus the shipping costs of your company, more than anything else it is the disappointment and dismay of my clients. I wanted to inform you of my experience and also that you’ve lost a customer ( me ). PS: I highly recommend that you review the quality of your couriers, because are not only uncapable to deliver the goods without destroying it, they are also often arrogant and unprofessional. It took them 31 days (!!!) to deliver one package from Prague to Brno (200km). If you were to walk this distance, you could have done the entire return journey over 9 times. Useless math aside, this was overall a very bad experience that required a lot of my time and energy to help track down the package. We attempted to ship a package from Prague to Brno using GLS, Via Zaslat.cz. We delivered the package to the nearest parcelshop on 21.12.2020, hoping that this would speed up the process and it would get delivered before Christmas. What followed after this is just unbelievable, the package was picked up by the courier from the parcelshop, but the tracking number never got updated, due to some error in the GLS system. After new year's, we contacted zaslat.cz to request a status update and they were also not sure where our package was. Multiple emails back and forth and after about 2 weeks, GLS was able to magically "find" our package in their warehouse. The package was delivered to the destination on 21.01.2021. Exactly 31 days later.

The intermediary company UPS lost my parcel and never contact me during the whole period of time (I had to call them every day by myself). Zaslat.cz also didn't contact me and didn't provide any help. When I lost all my personal belongings, which I sent in the parcel when I moved out from the country, they requested to prove the price of each and every item in the parcel, which was not possible for me (32 kg of various personal staff), otherwise no compensation would be paid. I coped with my loss, however after more than one month the parcel was suddenly found, which I was happy about, but this situation really gave me a hard time. The couriers don't have cell phones! (UPS Norway) I chose this company, because they had the most convenient online service and everything was clearly explained on the web-site, the price was also good, the procedure was explained. However, it turned out to be a big pain. First, the pick-up was reserved on the wrong date. Second, nobody has confirmed my reservation on the second time. Third, the courier didn't come on the agreed time. I had to call them many times to confirm my reservation and found the pick-up courier. Then my things got lost. The parcel came all thorn and smashed after one month, instead of declared 4-7 days. No support, no chance of compensation in case of real loss, if you can't prove the price for all the things sent. I would not use this service again or recommend it to anyone, if you want to save your nerves.

Fast and reliable service, have used twice so far. It takes two days fro the package to get from CZ to PL, door to door. The price comparable to that of Czech Post, but much faster service.

I sent 4 packages from the Czech Republic to Spain and the pick-up and delivery were perfect. I chose GLS, the cheapest option Zaslat offered me. The courier printed the label and all I had to do was put my things in a box. Delivery was on time. Would definitely recommend it!
