Не нашли...не могли понять, добавлять моющее или нет? постирали в чистой воде. В следующую стирку налили гель, методом проб и ошибок справились.
Пришёл мужчина, что-то понажимал, ничего не доливал/досыпал, итог - стирка вся в пене?
Только потом сообразили, машинки разные. Где есть отсек для порошка - засыпать, где нет отсека - автоматически добавляется. Может, не правильно сообразили, незнаю?

A man came, pressed something, did not add / top up anything, the result - the wash was all in foam?
Only then did they realize that the machines are different. Where there is a compartment for powder - fill it up, where there is no compartment - it is automatically added. Maybe I misunderstood, I don't know

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veľa prádla za krátky čas. Čisté prostredie, ale hlavne profesionálny a veľmi ochotný prístup zo strany servisu :) Môžem len odporučiť!
Lots of laundry in a short time. Clean environment, but mainly professional and very helpful approach from the service :) I can only recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vůbec nedoporučuji, pračka nešla po vyprání otevřít, obsluha nikde ani zanechaný kontakt kam se obrátit. Měnička na žetony rozbitá. Heslo na WiFi nikde.
I do not recommend it at all, the washing machine did not open after washing, the staff was nowhere to be found or the contact had nowhere to turn. Chip changer broken. WiFi password nowhere.

Overall good, only the dryers dry little even at the highest output, you have to pay extra time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean place, with 5 washing machines and 3 dryers. Price is fair. The only problem is the air conditioning, which is set to 27 degrees, therefore it's hotter than outside lol
