N	Nicola McConchie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After the cafe is closed, you need to ring the bell and someone will come and let you in. Quite expensive, but does the job. Need about 3 cycles in the dryer.
T	Tina Mills on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, tidy and excellent machines. The lady there was very helpful - even though we didn't speak each others language, we managed to communicate just fine. Only slight hiccup was that the change machine didn't accept my 100Kc note - a lovely young man swapped it over to an older note, and all was fine. You have to walk through the cafe and downstairs to get there. Each machine costs 140Kc, so take 50, 20 and 10 coins if you can. Hallelujah, washing is done!
N	Natasha Peters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely recommend. First time I'vee used a laundromat, instructions were clear, and in both Czech and English. Friendly staff. Clean. Has free WiFi. There are 5 regular size machines, 2 larger ones, but for some reason only 3 dryers. Limited seating, but there is a café upstairs. There is also a machine to change notes to coins for the machines. Good place.

Stupid me put my already washed clothes into another washer on a very high heat thinking it was a dryer. And paid a lot for it too. Thank God the Czech lady also doing her clothes at the time helped me out and told the staff I had a problem. The staff was very helpful and put my clothes to wash and spin again free of charge and will help me dry it also. They also cleaned up the massive mess I made when trying to wring dry my clothes. I'm so sorry and so thankful for their help. Professional customer service. Would recommend.

M	Mike Karampelias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two basements down, under Costa Cafe. One needs to pass inside the Cafe (with the clothes for washing). It's a cluttered space, everywhere linens (guess from hotels), 3-4 ladies working like in maze. I tried to get some services but the only lady talking English, was actually rude, and didn't have 3 mins to talk to me (but she spend 4 to explain me that she's busy), we smiled each other, I wait 15 mins. I left. Don't go there. They have a lot of work with hotels. 1 star goes to the washing machines and the other to the girl with the washing machine ???

I had to wait an hour before a washing machine was available. 10kg of cloths: Wash cost without detergent/softener:140 KC Wash with detergent and softener: 160 KC Heavily soiled wash: 200 14 kg of cloths: Wash cost without detergent/softener:200 KC Wash with detergent and softener: 220 KC Heavily soiled wash: 240
B	Bojana Mihajlović on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ONLY CASH. A bit difficult to find, but actually great location. The washer is in basement of Costa coffee, so you have where to wait and do a bit of work while the laundry is being washed. All the signs are in Czech and English so it doesn't matter if there is someone there, you can get all the info from Web page and wall signs. The machines work on coins, and there is a machine that changes 100, 200 and 500 czk to coins. Dryer is set for 12min cycles so you need to add coins for as much cycles you think are needed (probably 3).
