Clean rooms, helpful helpful staff, procedures without error and a wide selection, everything in place, doctor's supervision, delicious food - too much serving. :-) Overall pleasant environment.

Perfect treatments. Staff helpful. Rooms clean. The only negative in the so-called presidential suite creaking shutters. And at night, light pollution in the room, even when the shutters are pulled.

The food was great. Five minutes. They had no overview in the procedures. Balneo was very disappointing. The cleaning lady cleaned all day and there was a cleaning lady everywhere.

In this sanatorium we spent a weekend to deliver excellent massages and treatments. Helpful, nice staff and owner dr. Peták is kind to both patients and staff. What made me very happy is the restaurant staff Mr. Vlastimil Pánek, who is very helpful to guests, decent and polite. The food in the sanatorium was very tasty and in sufficient quantities.

When ordering a week-long stay in this sanatorium, I was assured that the discount coupons (CZK 4,000) issued by the Ministry of Regional Development in support of the Czech spa will be accepted and deducted from the price. Upon arrival, however, the reception told us that they have already used up the limit for discount coupons and we have to pay the full price. This act should have made me turn on my heel and leave. I didn't want to look for another stay quickly, so I paid the full price. The right option, however, was to look for another stay. I cannot recommend Sanák Sanatorium as a quality spa. I can't confirm the therapeutic success of these spas, because I didn't observe any after a week. Advised quiet sitting in the garden by the lake is also a utopia. The spa complex is situated close to a very busy road. The technical and visual side of the spa as well as the procedures and massages convinced me that I will NOT return to this place! The only thing that can be praised here are the people who take care of the guests' catering. Culture all none, you depend on yourself. In addition, there is no possibility to pay by card. So for me, overall, thumbs down ? I am adding information about the behavior of the Peták Sanatorium. I recently checked the medical care charged by my insurance company and found out that Peták charges for actions he did not perform. For stays without medication. examination charges this examination and even twice. He tripled the number of procedures from reality. It might not be a good idea to start criminal proceedings, because it seems to me to be illegal enrichment. ??? How much has Peták already gained with this interesting billing? ...

Great value for money all the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was very tasty and varied. Had a very nice room with a balcony. I would come back anytime
