★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profesionalni a lidsky pristup se zájmem o klienta, vynikajici servis, skvele snidane a pri veceri ziva hudba, velmi chutne vecere a v polopenzi vynikajici a napadite dezerty. Naprosto vynikajici maserka Monika, svou praci zvlada s noblesou a kreativitou. Naprosto cisto v celem hotelu a vzdy jednani s usmevem a ochotou pomoci. Za nas doporucujeme. Vynikajici poloha hotelu. Dekujeme za bajecny pobyt.
 Professional and human approach with interest in the client, excellent service, great breakfast and live music at dinner, very tasty dinner and excellent in half board and you can try desserts. Absolutely excellent masseuse Monika, she manages her work with nobility and creativity. Absolutely clean throughout the hotel and always dealing with a smile and willingness to help. We recommend for us. Excellent location of the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pobyt nebyl špatný, ale napodruhé bychom si už tento hotel nevybrali.
Klady:
- perfektní přístup ve wellness úseku, personál má za nás opravdu pochvalu. Zejména masérky.
- paní na recepci také velice milá
- bazén malý a útulný, ale více jak 3 osoby by si v něm překážely při plavání
- super velký pokoj
Zápory:
- na 4* hotel velice slabé snídaně- odpovídá úrovni 2* hotelu, chyběl výběr teplých snidaňovych pokrmů, dále chyběl výběr moučníků, obsluha nedoplňovala suroviny, jedna číšnice se téměř nestarala o hosty
- obsluhující číšník měl nemístné poznámky
- i přes vychvalované večeře byly za nás lepším průměrem, rozhodně ne důvod se sem vrátit
- svá nejlepší a nejperspektivnější léta má hoteldle vybavení již za sebou, tomu odpovídá i standart interiéru, někdo to však může vyhledávat, takže asi otázka vkusu
- na pokoji chyběly varné konvice
The stay was not bad, but the second time we would not choose this hotel.
Pros:
- perfect access in the wellness area, the staff really praises us. Especially masseuses.
- The lady at the front desk is also very nice
- The pool is small and cozy, but more than 3 people would interfere with swimming
- Super large room
Cons:
- for a 4 * hotel very weak breakfast - corresponds to the level of a 2 * hotel, there was no choice of hot breakfast dishes, there was also no choice of desserts, the staff did not add ingredients, one waitress almost did not care about guests
- The waiter served inappropriate notes
- despite the praised dinners, they were a better average for us, definitely not a reason to come back here
- the hotel's equipment is already behind its best and most promising years, the standard of the interior also corresponds to it, but someone can look for it, so it's probably a matter of taste
- There were no kettles in the room

- is like a five star hotel
- the restaurant is also very good with friendly waiters and waitresses (!!)
- rooms are clean and really well furnished
- best for a relaxing holiday, as it’s very quite
- you have both parts: the beautiful nature for sports (golfing in summer and skiing in winter) and it takes a 15 min walk down to the city (you can also take the bus, the station is right in front of the hotel)
The last 15 years I’ve been there every year and I wasn’t disappointed one single time, I’d give more than 5 stars if it was possible ;)

Would be an amazing place for small corporation team building. Enjoy the spa, the golf and the food. Speak with Milena Struncova. She will make it happen.
