Internet spadne tak jednou za týden a to na pár minut. Update (Shortyk oxidor) - Still stable internet speed above the paid tariff, great support, which always gladly advised and helped. Za mě si na technickou podporu nemůžu ztěžovat! Net párkrát zlobil, ale nakonec se vždy ukázala chyba u nás. Kluci byli vždy velmi milý a ochotní pomoci. Já bych neměnila I don't know where Alenka Kačerová writes, but when I was writing to technical support I was always advised and I usually needed help with the settings in my PC. I can't blame myself for technical support! Net annoyed a couple of times, but in the end, it always turned out to be a mistake in our country. Na poruchy se dovolat je zázrak a když se dovoláte tak budete 2 dny čekat než vám zavolají s tím že vám musí vyměnit anténu, kterou máte 3 měsíce. The Internet is crashing, constant excuses that someone is hacking them, or cables are tripped over. It is a miracle to call for faults and when you call, you will wait 2 days before they call you, with the proviso that they have to replace the antenna you have for 3 months.
