★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musím opravdu poděkovat pánům kteří mi pomohli odblokovat telefon, když jsem si ho zablokovala nesprávným pinem k Sim kartě a to i přes to, že už měli zavřeno! Děkuji vám ještě jednou :) Opravdu se najdou lidé, kteří mají rádi svou práci a dokáží pomoct ikdyž už mohou jít domů.
5.8. To bylo, tak doufám, že jim za to aspoň vedení dá nějaký milý bonus :D :)
 I really have to thank the gentlemen who helped me unblock the phone when I blocked it with the wrong pin to the Sim card, even though they were already closed! Thank you again :) There are really people who love their job and can help even though they can go home.
5.8. That was, so I hope that at least the management will give them a nice bonus: D :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hrozný přístup na prodejně. Manažerka si dělá srandu z klientů. Mám od T-mobile snad vše co se dá, ale takovýhle přístup jsem opravdu nečekal. Jdu si vyměnit router za silnější a manažerka vám řekne že to musíte stihnout ještě dnes, že má od zítra dovolenou. Tak spěchám domu pro starý a když se vrátím tak potkám manažerku jak odchází tak se jí říkám, že už jsem zpět. Ona mi na to oznámí že už je odhlášena a že by jsi to zabralo deset minut. Tak ať si zajedu do Mladé Boleslavi. Tak to už opravdu nevím. Tak jsem zajel do OC Nisa kde mi hnedle ochotně pomohli. Prodejnu ve Fóru nikomuradsi nedoporučuji. A přemýšlím zda nebude lepší přejít k jinému operátoru. Tam kde si budou vážit svých zákazníků.
Terrible approach to the store. The manager is making fun of clients. I have everything I can from T-mobile, but I really didn't expect such an approach. I'm going to replace the router with a stronger one and the manager will tell you that you have to make it today, that she has a holiday from tomorrow. So I hurry home for the old man, and when I come back I meet the manager as she leaves, I tell her I'm back. She tells me she's already logged out and that it would take ten minutes. So let me go to Mladá Boleslav. So I really don't know anymore. So I went to OC Nisa where they willingly helped me right away. I do not recommend the store in the Forum to anyone. And I'm wondering if it wouldn't be better to switch to another operator. Where they will respect their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dlouho jsem nezažil lepší přístup k zákazníkovi, jako na pobočce Tmobile ve Fóru. Práce obsluhujiciho pana Patrika na stolecku byla za 1* , nepřišel jsem s úplně jednoduchým problémem a i přesto dělal vse proto, abych odešel spokojen. Zároveň moc děkuji za příjemnou péči od pani manažerky, která nám s manželkou udělala skvelou kávu a starala se o nás celou dobu jako o vlastní. Jsou to lidé na správném místě. Navsteva byla velmi příjemná a budeme se rádi vracet. Děkujeme, Grigerovi
I have not experienced a better approach to the customer for a long time, as at the Tmobile branch in the Forum. Mr. Patrik's work on the table was for 1 *, I did not come up with a completely simple problem and still did everything to leave satisfied. At the same time, thank you very much for the pleasant care from the manager, who made a great coffee with my wife and took care of us all the time as our own. They are the people in the right place. The visit was very pleasant and we will be happy to return. Thank you, Griger

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rychlost a ochota. Problém, který dva dny řešila pobočka v Nise zvládli za 20 minut :) Velice šikovní a ještě mě i během dne informovali co a jak :) Doporučuji a i když je fronta,vše rychle odsýpá. Vyhnout se pobočce v Nise
Speed and willingness. They managed the problem, which the branch in Nisa solved for two days, in 20 minutes :) Very handy and they also informed me during the day what and how :) I recommend it, and even though there is a queue, everything quickly falls apart. Avoid the Nisa branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je super, že mi pomohli změnit tarif na levnější, a chytře opomněli upozornit, že balíčky typu HBO GO, které byly ke dražšímu tarifu "zdarma", mi u levnějšího nyní jaksi automaticky zůstávají a budu je platit nad rámec ceny tarifu, dokud si nevšimnu sama a nedeaktivuju ručně... zjistila jsem to až u prvního vyúčtování po změně, kdy se částka od té staré nijak rapidně nelišila, na problém jsem přišla až u položky nazvané "Měsíční poplatek za balíček" v aplikaci můj T-mobile. Takže klasický sázení na nepozornost klienta? Vyčůrané, tleskám, tohle jsem fakt nečekala.
It's great that they helped me change the tariff to a cheaper one, and cleverly failed to point out that HBO GO packages, which were "free" to the more expensive tariff, somehow stay with the cheaper now and I'll pay them above the tariff price until I notice myself and I do not deactivate manually ... I found out only at the first billing after the change, when the amount did not differ rapidly from the old one, I only came across the problem with the item called "Monthly package fee" in my T-mobile application. So the classic betting on the client's inattention? Pissed, I applaud, I really didn't expect this.
