★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuto směnárnu navštevuji celkem často. Výhodné kurzy pro registrované. Dnes tedy katastrofální zkušenost s nepříjemnou pokladní. Arogantní, nepříjemná. Pokud po další návštěvě se bude tato situace opakovat, nebudu tuto směnárnu jíž navštěvovat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den,se směnárnou jsem nikdy neměl nějaký problém,ovšem dnes jsem si byl rozměnit 50eu a paní u přepážky na mě nepříjemně vyjela ,že jak jsem k takovým penězům přišel ,že mi to nerozmění ,a že to není normální aby jsem měl tolik peněz,začala mi z ničeho nic vyhrožovat záznamy z kamer , i přes to že sem si byl směnit jen uspory na dovolenou ,toto je poprvé ,co jsem potkal takhle nepříjemnou a neprofesionální obsluhu.
Paní byla starší , černé vlasy, a mela brýle .
Je mi 15 a s takto nepříjemnou obsluhou jsem se ještě nikdy nesetkal.

The lady was older, had black hair, and had glasses.
I'm 15 and I've never encountered such unpleasant service.
