Podruhé byla tmavovlasá paní o něco příjemnější ale milá tedy také příliš nebyla. Na cokoliv se člověk zeptá zde personál odsekne jakoby je zákazníci obtěžovali.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto neochotna blondyna za prepazkou. Byla jsem si vymenit drobne eura a potrebovala jsem si drobne ceske mince za 200kc vymenit za papirove, kvuli vkladu do bankomatu (vikend). Nez aby me za chvilku obslouzila, 3x me poslala pryc (dostala jsem jen polovinu vymenenych bankovek napriklad) a mince si nechala za prepazkou, aby vzala nekoho jineho (ani se me nezeptala, jestli treba taky nepospicham, nebo by mi to nevadilo). Argument byl to, ze to nemam napytlikovane a jestli mam problem pustit tri lidi, tak mi to vrati a muzu jinam, pry at “nezdrzuju ostatni”. Neprofesionalni chovani, taky jsem nemela cas stravit 20min cekanim, nez si spocita 200kc na 3x a bere mezi tim lidi, kteri si prisli pro dalnicni znamky do ciziny. Mela by to za chvilicku napocitane a obe jsme mohly byt spokojene, zdrzeni maximalne 5minut. Neuveritelne chovani!
Absolutely reluctant to blondyna behind the ambush. I was going to change a little euro and I needed to exchange some Czech coins for 200kc for paper, due to a deposit at an ATM (weekend). Before serving me, she sent me three times (I received only half of the exchanged banknotes, for example) and the coin was left behind the ambush to take someone else (nor did she ask me if I need to hurry, or I wouldn't mind). The argument was that I did not have it, and if I had a problem to let three people go, so I got it back and I couldn't go anywhere else. Unprofessional behavior, I also had no time to spend 20min waiting for you to count 200kc for 3x and takes among those people who came for the extra marks abroad. It would be worth a while, and we could both be satisfied, delayed for a maximum of 5 minutes. Neuveritelne chovani!
