Reklamace trekových bot po necelém půl roce neuznána...Trekové boty by se měly nosit asi jen za sucha a maximálně jednou týdně podle pana "znalce" Jaroslava Kočvara z Intersportu Liberec. Pak ty dva roky asi vydrží. The Intersport never not buy anything !!! Complaints of trekking shoes after less than half a year not recognized ... On vám řekne ,že kolo je špínavé jako blázen . Uznávám že jse kolo neblískalo jako psí k.l.y,ale kdo má v dnešní době čas trávit čas tím ,že bude každý den leštit kolo . Pomohla až interpretace zákona, který samozřejmě dobře znala, jen se jí nechtělo vyhledávat v systému. Dále by bylo dobré se při vyplňování reklamačního protokolu (pole "přání zákazníka") na to přání zeptat, a nevyplňovat automaticky výměnu zboží. Intersport býval můj oblíbený obchod, jde to ale od 10 k 5. Staff need professional training.
