★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spodni cast obchodu: Stale osazenstvo, takze p. Nyc samotny se snazi byt ochotny, vysvetlit. Kolega u pokladny a přebírajíci me bezky byl tentokrat o malinko mene studeny cumak nez obvykle, mozna si pamatuje, ze jsem na nej minule mela nejake dotazy, proc vypada porad tak nerudne, ale k usmevu ma sakra daleko a kontakt s lidmi mu veru nesedi.
Obecne je fajn, kdyz nekdo delal sport a pak si z toho udela byznys, ale prodej je sluzba pro lidi a kontakt se zakaznikem je priorita, takze me celkem nezajima, ze nekdo nema dobrou naladu nebo je tezky introvert. Proste porad je co zlepsovat.
Servis ale rychly, jen vysvetleni kolem okolo nic moc. Kdyby na lyze poridili lepsi papirovou pasku, at se tak desne spatne nesundava, taky by pomohlo.
Bottom part of the shop: The permanent staff, so Mr. NYC itself is trying to be willing to explain. My colleague at the cashier and taking me this time was a little less cold cumak than usual, maybe he remembers that I had some questions on her last time, why she looks so grumpy, but to smile me damn far and contact with him really does not fit.
Generally, it is nice when someone did sports and then turned it into business, but selling is a service for people and contact with the customer is a priority, so I don't care if someone is not in good mood or is hard to introvert. There is simply something to improve.
Service but fast, just explained around nothing much. If they had a better paper tape on the skis, so badly it would not take off, it would also help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obsluha mi poradila s výběrem jak lyží, tak bot, vázání i holí. Vše namontovali a lyže navoskovali - mohl jsem rovnou do stopy. Pozitivně hodnotím ochotu obsluhy a její znalost prodávaných produktů.
The staff advised me to choose both skis and boots, bindings and poles. They mounted everything and waxed the skis - I could go straight into the track. They evaluate the willingness of the staff and their knowledge of the products sold.
