J	Jan Bartos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bundu z nubuku, nad kterou jiz jinde v cistirnach zlomili hul mi zde perfektne prebarvili a po flecich a vydrenych mistech neni ani stopy. The nubuck jacket, over which the hulins have been broken elsewhere in the tanks, has been perfectly repainted here, and there are no traces of the spotted and abraded places.

T	Tomas Kuchta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Určitě NEDOPORUČUJI tuto firmu ... nechal jsem si vyčistit kož. bundu, dostal jsem ji zpět úplně přesušenou (použit špatný typ chemie) na pár místech postupně popraskala a na břiše kolem zapínání tak změkla, že při rozeplém nošení se hrne vnitřek ven ... dokonce i skrácení podšívky v rukávech naprosto odflákli ... vlastně ji jen přichytili o kousek výš (v loketní jamce) takže bunda mi nesedí, nemůžu ji nosit rozeplou a je o pár odstínů světlejší než původně byla. A ještě za to chtěli nekřesťanské peníze ... prostě KATASTROFA. Zkušenost k nezaplacení :-) Certainly I DO NOT RECOMMEND this business ... I had my skin cleaned. jacket, I got it back completely dried (used the wrong type of chemistry) in a few places gradually cracked and the belly around the fastening so soft that when unbuttoned wearing the interior rushes out ... it just caught a little higher (in the elbow hole) so the jacket doesn't fit me, I can't wear it open and is a few shades lighter than it was originally. And for that they wanted non-Christian money ... just KATASTROFA. Experience priceless :-)
T	Tereza Paroubkova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel taktéž nemohu doporučit. Péřovou bundu Gas v několika tisícové hodnotě (7tis) tak usilovně čistili, až se jim do cihlového šusťáku zcela zapustil zip. Posudek majitelky zněl = nekvalitní zip, chyba výrobce a nenaděláte vůbec nic! Z bundy, která měla pouze běžně ušpinené rukávy a límec je brak! Unfortunately, I also cannot recommend. The feather jacket Gas in the value of several thousand (7 thousand) was so diligently cleaned that the zipper was completely sunk into their brick crack. The owner's opinion was = poor quality zipper, the manufacturer's mistake and you won't do anything at all! From a jacket that only had normally soiled sleeves and a collar is a junk!

Milý přístup, rychlá práce a skvělé výsledky. Již využívám služeb dlouho a mohu jen doporučit. Profesionální přístup. The best dry cleaner. In other establishments, they told me that the coat would not cleanse, from (in my opinion) normal stains, but here everything was no problem. Poor approach, fast work and great results. I have been using the service for a long time and I can only recommend it. Professional approach.

Hned ze začátku jsem se ptala jestli to půjde vyčistit a paní na kase mi řekla že snad ano a že za týden bude hotová. Když jsem jim po dvou týdnech volala tak mi teda řekli ať přijdu k nim. Jakmile jsem přišla nechali mě podepsat nějaký papír ohledně toho že by mi případně mohli poškodit švy při čištění. Nakonec jsem to podepsala doufaje že mi alespoň vyčistí ty skvrny na rukávu a poprosila jsem je aby mi příště napsali zprávu až to bude hotové. Po dalších dvou týdnech bez zprávy jsem přišla do čistírny abych zjistila že bunda má stále fleky a po dvaceti minutách dohadování mi dali 60kc slevu na čištění. Snažila jsem se to řešit s klidnou hlavou, ale paní zřejmě někde z východní Evropy na mě zacla ještě řvát že mě upozorňovali na to že bundu nevyčistí (proč bych jí tam nechávala to nevím) ... Silně nedoporučuji A month ago, I came to the dry cleaner with a stained suede jacket (sand paris 800 £). Right from the beginning I asked if it could be cleaned and the lady at the cash desk told me that she would, and that she would be ready in a week. So when I called them after two weeks, they told me to come to them. As soon as I arrived they let me sign some paper about that they could possibly damage my seams when cleaning. Finally, I signed it hoping that it would at least clear the spots on my sleeve and ask them to write a message the next time it was done. After two more weeks without a message, I came to the dry cleaner to find out that the jacket was still splashing and after 20 minutes of negotiation they gave me a 60kc cleaning discount. I tried to solve it with a calm head, but the lady probably somewhere from Eastern Europe on me started to yell that they warned me that the jacket will not clean (why I would leave it I do not know) ... I strongly recommend
K	Katharina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this dry cleaning place!!! Brought my AllSaints leather jacket to remove make up stains on collar. Got it back scratched, buttons in horrible condition, and on top of that they ripped off brand tag, for which I had to go back. (One can only wonder why they didn’t bother to sew it back...) This isn’t service worth the money nor time. Oh and not to mention that the staff will argue with you, so basically it’s all your/or manufacturer’s fault.
