Pergektní cleaning in Florentino, the stains were cleaned, nice lady took it back and tried again and more successfully, this is how I look service!

I do not advise you to take expensive things to this dry cleaner, you ruined an expensive jacket and are not responsible for it, at first they promised that the manager would call and solve the problem, but no one called and decided nothing! And when I came to run things, the jacket was parts wet and white stains!

Bylo mi sděleno, že tento problém čistírna řeší s více zákazníky a manažer mi nabídl vzít sako na "pres" k nějaké speciální úpravě. Při vyzvednutí opraveného saka mi paní vzkázala, ať už k nim do čistírny radši věci nenosím. Budeme tedy chodit jinam... After the husband's jacket had been cleaned of the suit, there were bubbles and bumps on the jacket. After a discussion with the operator, I refused to take my jacket. I was told that the problem was addressed by the dry cleaners with more customers and the manager offered to take the jacket "pres" for some special treatment. When picking up my repaired jacket, the lady told me not to bring things to the dry cleaners. So we'll go somewhere else ...
