★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozhodně nedoporučuji !!! Zničili mi naprosto novou bundu s pravou kožešinou kterou ani nesundali což by neudělal jen opravdu prudký inteligent evidentně profesionalitu u pracovníků těžko najdete ! 25 000,- za bundu kterou můžu vyhodit oknem !
 Definitely not recommended !!! They destroyed my brand new jacket with real fur, which they didn't even take off, which wouldn't just make a really sharp intelligible, obviously professionally hard to find for workers! 25 000, - for a jacket that I can throw out the window!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je na dobrém místě u Vinohradského divadla takže v pohodě akorát by potřebovali urychlit časy když je to rychločistírna. Ale v dnešní době tam lidé nosí všechno prádlo místo aby to dělali doma a proto se prodloužila doba čištění spíš čistírna než rychločistírna.
It is in a good place at the Vinohrady Theater, so they would just need to speed up the times when it is a fast cleaning plant. But nowadays, people there wear all their laundry instead of doing it at home, which is why the cleaning time has been extended to a dry cleaner rather than a fast dry cleaner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S rychlocistirnou mam prozatim jen pozitivni zkusenosti. Pani byla moc mila. Na kabat jsem cekala tyden a byl pak hezky cisty a neposkozeny. ? Jen skoda, ze neberou karty.
So far, I have only had positive experiences with high-speed tanks. The lady was very nice. I waited for the coat for a week and then it was pretty clean and undamaged. ? It's a pity they don't take cards.

Definitely not a fast cleaning - unfortunately the answer came in 3 days that it could not be achieved. So if you rush I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid 230czk to have a wool winter coat dry cleaned. It still smells just as bad as when I brought it in. I’d rather pay more and have them actually clean it. They should clean it until it is cleaned.

The customer service is terrible, and by writing terrible I mean the lady behind the counter is one of the worst services worker I have ever met. No credit card payment, no exact date when your clothes is ready, no responsibility for destroying your expensive clothes. The place itself looks very very old. Terrible experience, do not recommend at all.
