Bez problému provedly všechny úkony od přezutí gum, přes přípravu na technickou, výměnu spojky, řešení náročnějších problémů s klimatizací atd atd... Ford Focus (2006) sice na první pohled není jejich hlavní zaměření, ale přesto není žádný problém a vždy se mi dostalo stejné péče, jako zákazníkovi s mercedesem. Employees are very customer oriented and proactive with solving issues and finding ways how come up with the best solution fitting for needs of specific customer. Without any problems they're solving all kinds issues from changing tires, thru preparing car for 'technical' (pro-longing registration licence) to changing clutch or solving uneasy issues with air-condition. My Ford Focus (2006) is hardly what you would expect to be their regular car but it never posed any sort of problem and I've been always treated the same way as a guy with mercedes. Friendly communication and good agreement, according to my requirements (nothing is a problem to solve). The staff is actively looking for the best tailor-made solution for me. They performed all tasks without any problems, from changing the tires, through preparation for technical, replacement of the clutch, solving more demanding problems with air conditioning, etc ... Although Ford Focus (2006) is not their main focus at first glance, it is no problem and I have always received the same care as a customer with a Mercedes.
