★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel velké zklamání. Měli namíchat lék/mast pro malé dítě, kdy byli předem uporozněni, že je to důležité, neboť v momentě, kdy recept přijmou, nemám šanci nechat ho udělat jinde. V den převzetí ale lék neměli - údajně jim chyběla jedna ingredience. Jako důsledek - roční dítě bez léčiva. Absolutně neprofesionální! Pokud věděli, že nejsou schopni lék připravit, neměli se k tomu zavazovat. Ostuda!
Unfortunately, a big disappointment. They were supposed to mix the medicine / ointment for a small child, when they were warned in advance that it was important, because the moment they accept the recipe, I have no chance to have it done elsewhere. However, they did not have a cure on the day of taking over - they allegedly lacked one ingredient. As a consequence - an annual child without medication. Absolutely unprofessional! If they knew they were unable to prepare the drug, they should not have committed to it. Shame!
