Vždy ochotní, usměvaví a vždy připraveni pomoci, zařídit, sehnat. Jedna z nejlepších lékáren v Praze co znám. Děkuji všem v čele s panem Magistrem. Vaše "pečovatelka"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do téhle lékárny chodím moc rád a to jsem jí objevil úplnou náhodou, roky jsem kolem ní chodit, ale jako blbec jsem lezl do OC a "velkých" lékáren, léky co jsou jinde s doplatkem třeba 180 na krabičku (dr.max) mají zde bez doplatku, když mi něco objednají opravdu to přijde, ne jako jinde, kde se dozvím, že jim to ještě nepřišlo, po tom co vystojím půlhodinovou frontu. Za mě super.
I like going to this pharmacy very much and I discovered it by chance, I walked around it for years, but as a jerk I went to the OC and "big" pharmacies, medicines elsewhere with a surcharge of 180 per box (dr.max) have here without surcharge, when I order something it really comes, not like elsewhere, where I learn that they have not arrived, after standing the half-hour front. Great for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lekarna neschopna zaslat baleni 6 plastovych lahvi chloridu sodneho, musela jsem vyzvednout osobne. Puvodne tvrdili, ze to poslat nejde, protoze lahve jsou sklenene. Nakonec je to plast a vidim v tom jen neochotu to resit. Nerozumim, proc jine polozky z eshopu posilaji. Cena dopravy by mi pritom byla uplne jedno. Zakaznicky servis tedy velky spatny.
The pharmacy unable to send a package of 6 plastic bottles of sodium chloride, I had to pick it up in person. They originally claimed that it could not be sent because the bottles were made of glass. In the end, it's plastic and I see in it just a reluctance to solve it. I don't understand why I send other items from the eshop. The price of transport would not matter to me. The customer service is therefore very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosta spokojenost pri objednani v online-shopu - vse dorazilo jak ma a vcas, vzdy daji vedet, v jakem stavu objednavka momentalne je, na maily/tel. reaguji neprodlene :) Ceny jsou opravdu nizsi.
Absolute satisfaction when ordering in the online shop - everything arrived as I did and in time, they always let you know what condition the order is currently on, by email / phone. I respond immediately :) Prices are really lower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V lékárně byli velmi vstřícní a ochotní a bez váhání mi pomohli s vytažením klíštěte poblíž oka u ani ne roční holčičky. Moc oceňuji jejich nasazení a fandím tomuto přístupu, lékárna a lékárníci jak mají být! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemám zkušenost s lékárnou, ale z e-shopu bych znovu neobjednala. Chtěla jsem podpořit něco jiného než dr.max apod. velikány, ale zboží objednáno 5.1. a 11.1. jej stále ještě nemám. Na objednávku spěchám. Nemít zaplaceno, zaběhnu to koupit jinam. Příště objednám raději jinde, ale na jistotu, jsem zklamaná. Jedna hvězda je za fajn ceny, ale to spíše pro někoho, kdo si dojde koupit osobně.
I have no experience with pharmacy, but I would not order from the e-shop again. I wanted to support something other than dr.max, etc. giants, but the goods ordered 5.1. and 11.1. I still don't have it. I'm in a hurry to order. Not paid, I'll run it somewhere else. Next time I prefer to order elsewhere, but for sure, I'm disappointed. One star is at a nice price, but it's more for someone who comes to buy in person.
