A	Anna Cameron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po dnešnej návšteve nie som úplne spokojná... recenzie typu: “lekárnici sú neochotní a arogantní” úplne súhlasím. Poukazujem na pani lekárničku s menom Svetluša alebo Květluša, nie som si úplne istá (príjmení na jmenovce mela prekrité svetrom) blondýna s brýlemi. Opýtala som sa jej ktorý z vybraných produktov je silnejší na základe tabuliek a jej odpoved znela, ze netuší .... Pomyslela som si to akože naozaj ? Vy netušíte? Pokial viem lekárnici sú študovaní a o produktoch musia mať prehľad. Pri všetkej slušnosti som sa jej opýtala, či by mi mohla nejaké ukázať a poradiť a s veľkou neochotou vystúpiť od svojej priepažky kráčala k stojane s liekami, no to nie je všetko. Pani Svetluša (ako to má napísane na menovke) mala ešte drzosť gúľať očami, akože čo si dovoľujem ju otravovať... Nakoniec mi samozrejme poradila len pretože musela, takže nemusím písať s akým tónom atď. To je každému jasné. Pani lekárnička očividne nemá rada svoju prácu a za takéto chovanie, ak by to malo byť na mne tak ju rozhodne z práce vyhodím... jej chovanie je absurdné. A presne takto mi pani lekárnička skazila svojím vystupovaním Veľký piatok. I point to the first-aid kit with the name Svetluša or Květluša, I'm not quite sure (the surname on the name tag was covered with a sweater) blonde with glasses. I asked her which of the selected products is stronger based on the tables and her answer was that she had no idea .... Did I think that really? You have no idea? As far as I know pharmacists are being studied and they need to have an overview of the products. In all decency, I asked her if she could show me some advice and, and with great reluctance to get out of her blanket, she walked to the medicine rack, but that's not all. Mrs. Svetluša (as it is written on the name tag) still had the audacity to roll her eyes, as if I dare to annoy her ... In the end, of course, she only advised me because she had to, so I don't have to write with what tone, etc. That is clear to everyone. The first-aid kit obviously doesn't like her job, and for such behavior, if it should be up to me, I will definitely fire her ... her behavior is absurd. And that's exactly how the first-aid kit ruined my performance on Good Friday.

Personál většinou ochotný, pokud přípravek na recept nemají skladem, rádi jej objednají a dodají do 2 pracovních dnů. The staff is usually willing, if the prescription preparation is not in stock, they will be happy to order it and deliver it within 2 working days.

A	Amadeus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na lékárnu musím zapět ódu, zvlášť v kontextu s negativními hodnoceními uživatelů níže. Protože obchod je o lidech a já dnes narazila na lekárnici, která nejenže se mi ochotně věnovala, ale ještě mi sdělila spoustu nových informací ohledně opalování, produktů, které jsem poptávala a upozornila na slevové akce. Při placení jsem tak ušetřila bezmála 500 Kč a (díky bohu!) mohla na celý nákup uplatnit poukazy Endered Multi, které v jiných lékárnách buď vůbec nepřijímají, nebo jimi můžete platit výhradně léky. Má zkušenost je tedy maximálně pozitivní. Btw.. nevím, kolik stojí běžně vitamíny nebo Brufen.. Ale pokud potřebuji něco urgentně, musím počítat s tím, ze budu muset připlatit. Pokud ne, zajdu si do jiné lékárny, nebo objednám online a vyzvednu. Kritizovat něco proto, že je to drahé, je zcestné. Vždy mám přece možnost volby a koupit si to nemusím ? Because the business is about people, and today I came across a pharmacist who not only was willing to take care of me, but also told me a lot of new information about tanning, the products I asked for and pointed out discounts. I thus saved almost CZK 500 when paying and (thank God!) I was able to use Endered Multi vouchers for the entire purchase, which they either do not accept at all in other pharmacies, or you can only pay for medicines with them. So my experience is maximally positive. Btw .. I don't know how much vitamins or Brufen usually cost .. But if I need something urgently, I have to reckon with having to pay extra. If not, I'll go to another pharmacy or order online and pick up. It is misguided to criticize something because it is expensive. After all, I always have a choice and I don't have to buy it ?

Apparently the rules changed 2 days before i came and they had to be on a separate paper for each. In the end they didn’t give it to me, i understand, rules are rules but the unwillingness, arrogance And ignorance. Especially when i could barely speak after having 3 wisdom tooth removed at once. I hope you sleep well blonde woman! F you!
