Except for one time, when I was in contact with an elder very friendly female pharmacist, I got served by a middle aged unfriendly male pharmacist. Even though he spoke English the first time, he refused to give me any English directions concerning the antibiotics this time. On top of that, he coughed and sneezed into the opened antibiotics package because he obviously was ill. I do not know how a person without manners can work in such a profession. Never ever anymore will I go in there. I would give no star if that was possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unpolite and unhelpful staff. also, be careful when they don’t have exactly what you ask for and they recommend you something else in it’s place - once you buy it and realize it’s not as the thing you wanted in the first place, there is no way to return it or exchange it, even 10 minutes after purchase (pretty sure it violates some rights, but since i speak very little czech i just turned my back and walked away). been there 2 times, 2 times too many. hope they go under.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this pharmacy 3 times and every time I was even more disappointed than the time before. Unfortunately, the elderly lady working here is not capable of communicating in czech well enough to work in a pharmacy. I truly do not want to be mean, but a language course would be highly recommended if the owner wants to keep her there.
I did not go to the pharmacy with any complicated requests and thankfully I knew the products she incorrectly offered - however, for people who really need pharmacist' support and advice, it doesnt have to turn out well...
Moreover, this pharmacy sells products for much higher prices than other places. Therefore, if you want to save up money and get the right medicine, visit the competitive chain pharmacy a bit down the street (open only during week days though).
I read all the reviews and people have had issues with her for a longer time so this can not come as a surprise to the pharmacy owner. I wish (s)he read the comments and did something to prevent losing potential customers.
